Sending Off
Despite taking Erik's life, Mr. Lee covered up the incident with his influence. When he was questioned by the detectives who were investigating the case, he had lied on Hyun Woo's behalf.
"He fell from the top of the Ferris wheel." Was the answer Mr. Lee fed to Hyun Woo.
And when the final rites for Erik's burial commenced, Mr. Lee brought Hyun Woo into the family.
"As of today, Hyun Woo is the legitimate son of the Lee's family. His name shall be included in the family's register as he is now my son." Mr. Lee had declared one day, but Hyun Woo was indifferent.
He was neither happy about the news nor sad. All that mattered to him was that he had gotten his revenge on the one who had murdered his mother, but then again, the world still thinks his mother committed suicide which was not.
