Chapter 1 [ New Hero In New York ]

MIDTOWN - HIGH - SCHOOL, NEW YORK CITY 10.02.2016

"What is this ? Am I Drowning ? The water is so warm..."

"Parker..." 

He heard a Woman with a beautiful and calm voice

"Who is that"

"Parker..." 

"Yeah....I...I am here"

"PARKER!"

Peter wakes up in the middle of his class. He sees 20 highscoolers staring at him including his teacher Mr. Connors who is standing infront of him, his arm crossed and pressed to his chest while his eyes are glaring at the 16 year old Peter Parker. "Where you up all night or why are you sleeping".

"Yeah he played with the garbage that he found in the dumpster, ain´t that right loser". The whole class was laughing.

"Flash be quite"

"I am sorry sir, I was busy all night"

Peter said

"And why is that?"

"I uuhhh had work to do"

"Yeah right... beating your meat on Black Widow all night huh"

The whole class bursted out laughing while Peter thought...'No Flash you son of a bitch... I was out there fighting KingPin and his 100 Men squad while you were at home and scratching your balls...'

"Peter... "

Mr. Conners said in a calm voice.

"You are a smart kid but everyone has limits...if you keep sleeping in class your grades will drop...so donˋt overwork yourself with whatever you are doing"

"Yes Sir... I understand...I will try my best so that it will not happen again"

(NEXT SCENE)

School finished fast and all Peter wanted to do was to go home. He wanted to leave the classroom but Mr.Connors stopped him.

"Peter"

"Yes sir?"

"Can I talk too you for a minute"

"Of course Sir"

"What I said earlier...I really mean it. You are not concentrated on class you sleep during your lessions and you are late almost every day. Take care of that. It would be a shame if such a smart kid failed his final exams because he was too late for school."

"Yes sir. I will try to do better in the future" He went out of the classroom where his best friend Ned Leeds was waiting for him. "Dude haha...got shited on again?"

Peter laughed

"Shut up, man"

They both were walking in the school hall and talking about the 1.500-Lego-Piece-Set that they wanted to build.

"So lets do it on Saturday then"

"Yeah sure, and then we can go and grab..." "Hey Pete, Hi Ned"

Peter was interupted by a blond and beautiful girl with shoulder long hair and a blue top with a black skirt, a lether jacket and boots that were going all the way up to the knees.

"Hey Gwen"

Peter said.

"You know, you are missing in our chemistry class"

"Yeah, I uhhh was sick"

"Oh really, how are you feeling now?"

She put her hand on his forehead to check his tempereture. Peter slightly blushed and said

"I am good now Gwen thank you"

She took her hand of him and blushed too. "Well I uhhh... just wanted to check on you. See you next week. Bye"

"Yeah see you"

"Bye Ned"

Ned just akwardly waved at her and Gwen vanished in the crowd of the school hall. Ned looked at Peter with an open mouth. Peter laughed because of the dumb face he was making

"Dude hahha why are you looking at me like that"

"She touched your head and asked how you're doing bro"

"And?"

Peter asked

"AND? What do you mean AND? she likes you man"

"What?...dude she is like one of the hottest girl in the school. She is smart and she has money. And then look at me...There is no way she likes me"

Ned sighed

"Dude at this rate you will never getting laid" "Pffffffff Shut up"

Both laughed.

(NEXT SCENE)

Peter was getting of the elevator, took out his keys and opened the door with the number 15 on it. And as he went through his house door he heard the soft and calm voice of his only family he had left...

"Hey honey, how was school. I made youˋre favorit food. Chillie Oriental Edition"

"Thanks May"

Peter sat down and began to eat.

" Oh my... I need to go"

"What ? Where are you going ?"

"I...I am going visit your Uncle... it has been a long time since I bought him flowers and then I will go to work"

Peter looked down on his food.

"Flowers huh?"

he said in a quit voice.

"Yeah...flowers..."

3 seconds and both of them stopped talking. 3 seconds that felt like 3 years. May broke the silence.

"Alright eat all up and sleep, you look very tired, bye sweety...love you"

"Yeah...me too" 

She walked out of the small apartment and

Peter turned on the TV while he ate...

(ONE HOUR LATER)

"[The Avengers saved the world again from a huge terrorist group known as Hydra who attacked California. The damage was high but the Citisens are very happy that...]"

'They saved the world again huh...It would be nice to fight alonside them. Fighting with Daredevil and Frank feels not right. I think I got a more brutal in my fights. I need to hold back more or I will kill someone on accident.' 

Peter stood up in pain as he looked on his hips, arms and shoulders.

'Puuuh KingPin really is a monster. How does he have such power. I barely can walk. I should uprgrade my suit a bit. Maybe taser webs or maybe a tear-resistant suit or fire resistant.Well...lets just sleep it out for now...'

"[And now to the next big news... Daredevil, Punisher and the new vigilante Spider-Man stopped a 100 Men squad in New York. Well Branda you are in this area right now, what do you think of that...thank you John and yeah well they donˋt seem like heros at all like the Avengers and we need to look out for this trio. Although Daredevil seems like a good guy, it is very questionable that he sometimes works with the Punisher. He is wanted by the police and some people say that Daredevil will soon start to kill too. And this new masked vigilante Spider-Man... He maybe seems like a good guy but look at this mess behind me... 4 stores completly damaged 2 buildings were set on fire and the police counts 34 deaths... back to you steve...well you people of New York heard it. Are these people heros or are they just some maniacs that are going to do more killing than saving... and what about this new "Hero" Spider-Man... is he friend or foe... Maybe he is..."]

Peter turned the TV off, went to his room and layed down on his bed.

"34 deaths... fuck"

He looked at his closet where he was hiding his suit.

"Am I really helping? Or am I making things worse... What if I turn like Frank?"

He looked at a picture on his desk that showed him when he was just a kid with uncle ben. The picture was next to the computer he build himself when he was 13 years old and the printer that he had found just 2 weeks ago on the streets.

"You told me that I have great responsibilty but I can´t save everyone"

"I don´t know if I can hold that burden"

He stood up and looked out of the window. "Why is it so hard to do the right thing?"

As soon as he spoke that sentence his sense was tingeling. He saw a man with a mask and a gun in his hand. He went to a store and pointed the gun at the chassier. "No"

Peter said.

"I can´t help him now. I can´t even stand on my feet because of the fight yesterday"

He turned around and was about to jump on his bed when he looked at the picture of Uncle Ben.

He looked up, sighted and said, in a very loud voice.

"FUUUUCK".

He ran to his backpack, took out his suit, put it on, opened the window and swung to the store covered in pain.

AVENGERS TOWER, NEW YORK CITY, 41 FLOOR

"Puuhhhhh I AM DONE MAN"

"Yeah it was quite tuff but..."

"But of course we won hahhahaa isnˋt that right Cap"

"Yes but we should never rest on our victories Sam"

Sam Wilson looked at Steve Rogers and he saw his face with a blanc expression and a smal look of sadness.

"What´s wrong?"

"Nothing...just a little tired"

Steve Rogers went to the elevator and he pressed the button with the number 44 on it. He walked out of the elevator to the huge computer Tony build. He placed his hand on the desk and the computer scanned it. The computer now turned on and a Womans Voice said

"Welcome, Steve Rogers"

"Fridey...any new information on James Barnes. Where he is or anything?"

"No new information found on James Barnes"

"Yeah...would be too good to be true...alright"

He sighted

"End research"

The Computer copied

"Ending research"

Silence

"Looking for something?"

Steve turned around and saw a man with black suit and sunglasses.

"Nice to see you too, Tony"

"Why the long face?"

Steve looked back at the computer and said with a quite voice.

"Nothing...So why are you here"

"I just need to talk to you"

"Something happened ?" 

"Why donˋt you see for yourself...Fridey, show me the camera-system from last night in Downtown New York"

"Yes Sir.

"Camera-System overwriting"

The big screen showed the massiv fight between Punisher, Daredevil, Spiderman, KingPin and his gang.

"What the hell..."

Steve looked at the screen with open eyes.

"This happened when we were in California. 34 deaths. Punisher killed 27. 8 other died in the fire of the two buildings caused by the fight. 4 stores destroyed by the fight of KingPin and Spider-Man. But I saw something interesting...Fridey fast forward to 21:13...There you see Punisher fought these two and both went down and now look".

Cap saw how punisher reloaded his gun and was ready to kill these thugs when Spider-Man came across and webbed his gun. And while he was doing it KingPin packed him and throwed him into the store. "Did you see that ? He fought a 300 Pound man full of muscel but he still saved members of his gang" 

"Not only that...now look at this"

Tony showed him another clip of the Spider catching a whole container.

"He is strong"

Cap said 

"But if they both don´t kill, why are they working with the Punisher ?"

"Well Daredevil fights with him because he wants to stop KingPin at any cost. It is like he is obssesed with this man. And Spider-Man most likely because he follows Daredevil."

"Follows Daredevil, what is he like a sidekick?"

"Thats what I thought too but the I did some research and found intersting things"

Tony looked at Steve with a big smirk and said.

"He visits the Midtown-High."

"What, he is a teacher?"

Tonyˋs smile was brightend now.

"He is a student, 16 years old, name: Peter Parker"

Steve raised both of his eyebrowns.

"A kid with such powers"

He looked at Tony and with sharp eyes.

"You want him to join us, don´t you?"

"He is strong and if he walks a path like Punisher he could be very dangerous" "Yeah..I agree but dragging him in our world on such an age is a bit..."

"I know but imagine we guide him. Make him a good hero and maybe a new leader...I mean look at us Cap. We can´t do this forever. If we succeed with him we could built a new Avengers. And we could finally rest knowing that our successorˋs are protecting our world"

Steve sighted

"Fine...talk to him but don´t force him to join us"

Tony grinded and said

"He will join us. I mean no one could take down an offer from me."

He walked to the elevator, pressed a button and the doors closed. Steve looked back to the computer and glared at the Spider. "Peter Parker... I hope you now what it means to be a hero, kid..."
