"Arthur, who are you texting?"
Max asked.
"I'm arranging an actor for you. So, tomorrow, you take Lorraine out for a good talk. I guarantee you'll impress her this time!"
Arthur said confidently.
"Can this really work?"
"Of course. To help you regain face, I've also borrowed a car for you!"
Max thought Arthur had just borrowed an ordinary car.
He didn't hold too much hope for it.
But since it was a kind gesture from a friend, he didn't need to refuse.
The main thing was, he wanted to have a proper talk with Lorraine.
Six years of feelings deserved a conclusion!
That night, Arthur didn't return to the dormitory.
He stayed with Max, drinking until one in the morning.
Arthur was fine; his physical strength had been enhanced, and so had his alcohol tolerance.
Even after drinking half a case of alcohol, I just feel a bit tipsy.
But Max had already vomited two or three times.
A man needs to get drunk once when he's heartbroken!
Arthur didn't stop him.
