Chapter 2-1 (Bluejays)

I had to keep a low profile because I know there are swarms of project X in the capital so I did the obvious and used make-up to cover up my tattoo and you might think am here for the lab but am here for an old friend,I need to recruite members and the first on my list is an old friend Laura aka InsaneTigger a chinese badass,16 yrs old,skilled with the katana basically a katana nuke and of course a project Q.

I walked into the underground arena and there she was fighing a bear blindfolded with her usual yellow katana,I smiled as I walked up to her "InsaneTrigger" I said as she point her katana at my neck before looking at me with her usual gentle gaze "Jayson,what a surprise"she said half shouting,we did alot of catching up before getting to why I was really there.

"You really want to infiltrate their facilities" she asked me with her calm look "what do you think" I asked "I think it's a suicide mission and if any one can pull it off,it's you Jayson" she said smiling,we both laughed before heading out of the underground arena.

We reach Laura's apartment and I dropped my bag on the table then Laura's,"so who is on the team" she asked "well we have the sleath guy which is me,the hand to hand martial artist which is you s,o we need a marksman,a powerhouse and ofcourse the bizzar abiliy user" I answer her question and she seems to have gotten it "so technically you are recruiting the old team" she blurted out the obvious "Yep the bluejays are having a reunion" I said with excitement.

We left the capital and headed for the rest of the bluejays and luckily the rest were located together in Texas and from who the capital to Texas was a 23hrs walk,luckily for us we have enhanced endurance and it was a long long long walk but at least no project X hunted us.

We arrived at Texas "so where to?"Laura asked "Trinity school of Texas" I answered "you really did your homework on us didn't you?" "I mean what you do you expect from The Worst among the bluejays" I replied jokingly,We head to the school but we had little issue with the security before we were allowed in which involved maybe or maybe not knocking the guard out and hiding his body,"I think it's better you hide your katana" I said to her "thank you master of the obvious" she said as her katana starting bending forming a belt "Nice belt" I complimented her.

The school was crowded with teenagers as expected I was busy looking around when I felt multiple murderous aura lurking around "Jay do you feel it"Laura asked "Yes but ignore it"I warned her and something feels off why are the students not in class,strange there is the smell of blood lingering in the air and a wierd taste in my tongue almost like iron.

Iron taste,oh shit! "L,quick 3'o clock" Laura wiped out her belt katana which changed and she sliced an incoming bullet into two but none of the students seem to have notice "Identify yourselves" a project Q holding a 9mm asked "Look,I told you there are some unbrainwashed humans left" a familiar voice from afar said half shouting "L is that who I think it is" I asked "You mean our powerhouse BattleFreak Emelda" she replied smiling.

Three figures stood infront us,two girls and a boy "Stop bullying the weak" Emelda said in her usual cute voice well I guess they didn't look back except for Brian who tilted his head back and saw but just nodded since he barely talks and somehow he is our marksman,"I'll take care of them" Uria said in her devilish voice which indicated she has been on a killing spree and also explians the iron taste in my mouth.

Uria cracked her knuckles as she extended her own bone out of her flesh "God is my light" she said her usual catch phrase before swiftly dashing at the project X not touching a single human smashing her 10 times hardened bones into their skulls before they could react as both fell to the ground bleeding before Emelda snapped their heads off like it was nothing and Uria disposed of their body.

The three of them finally faced us and I could see the surprise on their faces well apart from Brian who was now munching on pringles "well well if it isn't Laura and the Worst" Uria said "that's a harsh way of addressing your charming leader" I joked which they smiled at "so what brings Laura and you here" Emelda asked with her curious tone "Let go to your base first then we talk" I said with a smile "but what about the brainwashed people here" Laura asked as Brian brought out his 9×19mm italian Beretta 92 he named Ghost and shot the anthena on the top of the school as everyone went back to normal and I disappeared within the crowd afterall am the stealthiest.

Now that the "BLUEJAYS" are complete let the game begin Viktor.
