Chuuya was livid.
Contrary to popular belief, he was a pretty chill guy; the 'anger issues' were only really brought out by Dazai. Right now was no different.
"Nakahara."
He whirled around, ready to yell at Dabi--Touya's face for no good reason until he saw the little girl behind him watching his every move with her wide red eyes. Eri.
Forcing his anger down, he crouched down and opened his arms, sending Eri a reassuring smile, then let her hug him all she wanted. Chuuya finally looked up at the teal-eyed young man in front of him, still keeping all of his emotional attention on the child in his arms to make sure he didn't explode.
Literally.
"Was she really with Yosano?"
"If you mean the doctor, yeah. Apparently, she came running."
So no sign of the bandaged maniac huh? Damn him for doing everything without telling him. He definitely knew what would happen in Hosu beforehand but what he's doing probably has nothing to do with it. Stupid mackerel, never telling him anything.
Eri mumbled something into his chest that froze his blood cold.
"Can you repeat that?" It came out harsher than intended and he winced when she flinched.
"Deliberate Long-term Incident. Dazai-san said to tell you that..." her words were kind of jumbled due to her young age but he understood the message perfectly.
'I'm going to act like the victim for a long time. Don't look for me no matter what. Don't intervene.'
