Chapter 107- Crisis!

Under the shocked expressions of the hunters and the people watching through their TV screens, several large humanoid monsters began to walk out of the dungeon with their leader being the largest creature anyone had ever seen.

If anything then it was the great disaster named Kamish who could be compared to that being in regards to its size.

Even Cha Hae-In and Goto Ryuuji, who have faced numerous monsters in these years of their service never faced something so terrifying and grotesque.

"G-G-Goto-san..." Being so near to the terror, Tanaka's voice trembled as he called to his superior. Despite having the strength to overwhelm an S-ranked hunter just the last day, Tanaka found his mind constantly muttering the same thing again and again.

And that was the command to run away.

However,

"Collect yourself, Tanaka! We have a whole country to save!" Goto's brutal reprimand honestly helped the orange-haired fighter break out of his dreadful reverie.

That's right. He has people he wants to save. He has attained this much strength to-

"Watch out!!" It was for a moment but Tanaka thought he heard Haru's voice before everything around him darkened.

Kenzo Tanaka was crushed by an unknown entity, who flew past the dungeon portal and landed on top of him.

Haru's eyes couldn't have been anymore widened as he saw the thing in front who was not supposed to be on the other side of the dungeon.

It was the Monarch of the Beginning—Legia.

[HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! FREEDOM! FINALLY, I AM FREE!]

The sinistrous laugh of the evil giant reverberated across the battlefield, as the cameras and glasses of the surrounding buildings cracked just by the echoes of its laugh.

The presence, the thing was extruding was tremendous and overbearing. All the hunters excluding Haruka were on the ground already. They weren't able to endure that much anguish and fell unconscious.

Just the very presence of the Monarch was able to inflict a deep trauma in their heads and their consciousness ceased soon after.

The only one who was breathing heavily and still had her eyes open and continuously looking towards the battlefield in dread was Cha Hae-In. Thankfully, since she was near Haru, he extended his infinity to protect her from the impact.

As per Tanaka and Goto Ryuuji, who were positioned on the left, then there was no doubt that they were already dead.

The gleaming eyes of the Monarch soon turned towards none other than Haruka before it greeted him,

[It's the first time seeing you, Infinity. And have no doubt, I will make this meeting our last.]

Haru instantly raised his left and positioned his left finger toward the Giant—intending to use Mist Dispersion.

However, suddenly someone charged from his left, at a terrifying pace.

However, Haru didn't move and allowed the Giant to charge at him. He concentrated on the Monarch as the tip of his index finger ignited with a blue illumination.

A sudden instinct flared inside the Monarch as it also charged toward Haru at a speed that was only possible for the Six Eyes user to perceive.

[Ugh! What in the-]

Even Legia wasn't able to trample Haru as it suddenly froze just inches away from the human...more like he become so slow that it didn't seem he was moving at all.

"What happened? Got something to say?" Haru smirked at the foolish Monarch who didn't go to other humans but rather targeted him.

Well, it was beneficial for him~

Just as Haru was about to release the spell, a smirk danced on the Monarch's mouth before it stated,

[Even if you deal with me, there is nothing you can do to save this world now. Friends or foes, everyone would be turned to dust soon.]

Haru frowned at that, but he didn't take the chance of interrogating the Monarch before releasing the spell.

The whole body of the Giant disappeared before a strong blue flame emerged in mid-air—only to get submerged in the atmosphere.

However, the moment Haru thought that he was done with the prominent trouble, and would deal with the rest of the giants, his mind went numb for a moment.

'W-What...' Haru stumbled on his feet as he sensed it.

The presence of hundreds upon thousands of monsters. Tearing the space and bending the reality—the monsters from the chaos realm were entering the human world.

They didn't have any particular region or country set as the target. They weren't going for a specific location or a certain part of the planet.

Rather, they were appearing on the whole planet!

"Hunter Haru?!" Cha Hae-In could also sense the elevation of mana in the surroundings and the the way earth was shaking under the sheer pressure of numerous dimensional slashes across the globe.

Haru didn't reply to her but rather 'inspected' the surroundings with his eyes wide open.

America, Africa, China, Russia, Sweden, and even Antarctica...no place was spared. Every single city, country, and continent would be filled with the terror of the dungeon crawlers. The untamed army of the four Monarchs, whom Haru killed in the past, along with the Giants around him...they were more than enough to kill every human on their path and turn this place into hell.

Cha Hae-In was on the verge of throwing up once again, as she helplessly looked around. The giants were advancing towards them and the other hunters slowly. If things continued, not only the hunters but the people of Japan would be in danger.

She has never faced something like this. She has never faced a battle like this!

At such a critical point, when her eyes landed on the person standing nearby, Cha Hae-In found herself in confusion as she saw Haru taking out his blindfold and raising his left-hand fingers in front of his face.

Haru knew there was nothing he could do to save everyone. He couldn't be present everywhere at the same time nor did he have enough monster dolls to assign them across the globe.

If he wanted to save the world and escape the fate of having all his memories erased, then there was only one way;

"Ryōiki Tenkai: Muryōkūsho!"
