A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

The Sacrificial Hall was present in all Bedlam strongholds, however, this one in the Castle within the West Barricade Fort stood out because it was the only Sacrificial hall that could be used to produce the Devil and Demons of Bedlam!
Previously, there were two Halls of this calibre. Along with this hall, there was the original at Fort Bedlam. But that has now been destroyed by Dirara to signal her determination to end the Bedlam cult within Bazaar once and for all.
To become a member of Bedlam, one simply had to make a vow within the smaller sacrificial halls within the many Bedlam locations.
This vow symbolised the sacrifice of the life one had before Bedlam. Each Bedlam member renounced the name they were given at birth and took up new names given by the cult.
