Missing Bike

"Hey, hey, hey, hold on for a sec, I hope you don't think that I'm going to that camping with you, you should know more than anyone else that I hate stressing myself for no good reason" Erica said

" Come on Erica, it's just for a week and you'll be back to your usual lifestyle" Freda made puppy eyes at her

"Freda I suggest you keep that puppy eyes of yours for your future husband because it's not moving me at all, and besides we're forgetting the main issue here"

"What issue?" Freda asked

"I have amaxophobia" She said

"Huh, but you ride a bike" Freda replied

"I can only ride my motorcycle, I don't know but I've tried many times to enter a vehicle, I just can't, I almost collapsed the last time I tried, the horrible experience kept recurring into my mind, Freda you have to understand, I can't go"

Freda exhaled "Okay, I understand, but you know me too well, I'm not giving up yet, I'll try all I can to get you on that trip just so you know, Come on it's time to go, I'm branching at your house, I miss your butler's cookies"

"You ain't riding in my bike" Erica said although knowing that it's in vain going against her

"Yeah, I forgot to add that I miss your sports bike"

Soon they were outside, Freda ran ahead of her as she plotted in her mind to be the one to ride the bike but she stopped midway when she couldn't sight it

"Uhhm, Erica you knew that I wanted to ride your bike and that's why you hid it beforehand, It's not fair, just this once, I promise I won't ride it again"

"I don't know what you're talking about" Erica replied as she reached Freda stood"

Where's my bike?" Erica asked as she looked around hoping she'll find it somewhere

"Huh, your bike? I thought you hid it"

Erica brought out her phone and began tapping it

"Wait Erica hahaha, I hope it's not what I'm thinking, do you actually want to call your bike, I can't believe this, can it talk?"

"Shut up, I'm tracking it, I had put a tracker in it beforehand just in case this sort of thing happens"

"But didn't you lock it, I mean, you always lock your bike once you get off it"

Erica stopped to think "I guess that bastard knows my passcode"

"Look, I've located it, Geogrehad junction, now I have to use a map"

"Hold on for a sec Erica, I know the place but just look at the time, It's getting late and it will take an hour and half to trek to that place or have you forgotten your condition"

"Hahaha, seems like I'm starting to have enemies now, you can go now Freda, I'm heading home, I'll get it back tomorrow, I just can't keep wasting money, I'll have to teach that bastard a nice lesson, so next time he won't mess with just anyone"

"Hmm, You're not even sure that the thief is male, Anyways I'm going, I wonder how you'll reach home, Bye" Freda said as she turned to leave

"Such a bad friend, she actually calls me her friend while leaving me here to trek for 5km" Erica murmured to herself as she sluggishly began heading home

"Gotcha, Why are you looking so upset, I thought you said I should go or you don't really want me to go" Freda teased her as she ran up to her

"Why shouldn't I be upset when my bike just got stolen" Erica rolled her eyes at her

"Ok, but we gotta hurry to your house because this place is not safe to walk by this time of the day or should I say night because it's past six already and I don't wanna waste my energy on some group of useless thugs" Freda said

"Ahh, just as I thought, I guess it's inevitable, time to have some savage fun huh" Freda said casually as some group of men approached
