3. More explaining

[Chat:

Ryuko: "To explanation we go. But before that, you all seem really composed to see a floating blue window in which you can talk with people from different worlds. Why is that?"

Miledi: "In my world there is another world from which these damn gods are kidnapping kids and making them heroes."

Ryuko: "Deities. Not gods. Gods are above the world and are taking care of more than one at a time."

Miledi: "Deities? And we can't even deal with them! Ugh!"

Max: "I just still think I'm high."

Ryuko: "Right…"

Carmen: "Being composed in every situation is the first thing you need to learn."

King: "You guys aren't my hallucinations created from grief?"

Ryuko: "Right. Losing your sister took a heavy toll on you. Didn't it? I was not close with my dad and am furious at his killer, I don't even want to think what are you going through."

King: "You know about that? How?"

Ryuko: "I know a lot about you guys, I'm getting there."

"..."

Ryuko: "Right, as everyone is thinking about that, I will tell you what our job is, and what we all will benefit from it.

First thing, take a look to the top right of our 'system'. There is a points counter, no one should have any points there. Am I right?"

Everyone: "Yes/Yup/Mhm"

Ryuko: "We will get these points for doing missions. We could also get additional points if gods that we are freeing from reincarnators task us with something additional."

Carmen: "Do you know what these additional tasks could be?"

Ryuko: "I have an idea, but it will need confirmation.

Getting back to the points. On the bottom right there is a shop function. There are items that could help us in developing our powers or strengthening instincts and bodies. For your first purchase I would recommend buying a "Body cleansing pill"."

Max: "What do we need to do with reincarnators?"

Ryuko: "Here is the part you and Carmen would not like. We are tasked with eliminating them, I mean killing. They are a threat to the fate of the world they are in and maybe even other worlds. These reincarnators are the scum of society thinking about people like things, because in their previous world they were just fictional characters."

Carmen: "What do you mean by fictional?"

Ryuko: "I mean that the fate of everyone here is widely known in their previous world by the distribution of books, series and anime."

Carmen: "Everyone?"

Ryuko: "Yes, everyone. If you have any questions please ask them and I will answer them tomorrow. I lost a lot of blood today."

[Administrator Ryuko i offline.]

Closing the chat, I stood up and looked around for a place to sleep in.

'Mako should welcome me with opened arms, I should look for her place'

"Ryuko! Ryuko!"

'Speaking of devil…'

"Mako?" I looked down to see her.

"Ryuko! Come to my house! Dad is a doctor, he will help you!"

'Damn girl, I don't need help from your dad. I'm actually scared of your family, but they are nice people.'

"Coming!" I jumped down to her.

'"' Ryuko '"'

"Senketsu? What is it?"

'"' It was a good fight… '"'

I smiled "Thank you. We both should rest, we have school to attend tomorrow."

\\POV: Carmen//

I was waiting for Player to trace any activity of VILE when before me a blue box popped up.

'What is it?' I was startled. Not everyday something like that happens. I even thought that this is an attempt from VILE to get rid of me. But knowing my abilities, I accepted the deal. And was welcomed with a chat box looking like every other on the internet.

[Ding! 50% Poliester was assigned as this group chat's administrator, please wait for her to message first!]

Was the first message that appeared.

I closely examined the whole thing. There was a shop in the bottom right and some counters in the upper right corner.

But more intriguing were nicknames. I was instantly assigned my VILE name "Black sheep".

It raised a flag, but there was nothing I could do right now. I didn't associate any of the nicknames with known VILE agents, so I just waited.

Then after five minutes, 50%Poliester came online. She introduced herself as Matoi Ryuko, seventeen years old. And she said that she was tasked with being an administrator because of her knowledge about other worlds?

All the other members started instantly asking questions. They asked about spells? Magic? And the user with the strange nickname "MyTwinIsBetterThanMe" asked if it would help with his goals. It seemed that everyone other than our administrator was clueless about what was happening exactly.

Then 50%Poliester excused us saying that she needed to save someone.

Seeing that chat function became disabled as she became offline, I just got myself something to eat and still waited. The screen was following my movements, always being in front of me.

After another twenty minutes, the administrator became online again and enabled chat when she was offline, then she asked us to introduce ourselves, while saying that we are from different worlds? I couldn't make any sense from this conversation. Everyone then started introducing themselves, not recognizing any names, I introduced myself with "Carmen Sandiego".

As our introductions came to an end, we all got a system notification explaining the rules of this chatroom. I was startled when I saw the first rule. "You can't kill your fellow chat member, as it will go with big penalties.". The word killing was extreme. And why would I even do that?

Then 50%Poliester, known as Ryuko, was tasked by Max to change our nicknames. It seemed that him and Miledi were really… extravagant.

Then the most important question came in. Max asked if we are humans, and I thought that answer is obvious, but was quickly shut down by Ryuko, telling us that she is not fully and king is a fairy.

'Like in fairy tales?'

She said that I'm a fully normal human. 'I need to be careful, she knows too much.' I thought.

Then she explained how things work and I was instantly thinking of ways to avoid that. I obviously was not distant with human death. As a pupil of VILE, I was even too familiar with it, so I was doing everything to avoid bloodshed. But it seemed everyone else was good with that?

[Chat:

Carmen: "You people are really all good with killing someone?"

King: "I don't see a problem. As a member of Sins I killed a lot of people."

Miledi: "Killing is unavoidable in a world like mine, so I don't have any remorse for it."

Max: "I actually just don't want to miss opportunities to get stronger. And I don't want to bring wrath of the being that designed this system on myself…"

Those were some good points.
