Chapter 44

We arrived at the meeting venue without delay.lt was a rusty looking warehouse by the looks of it,it looked abandoned for years.The moonlight however shore its light through the broken holes on the room which made it a little bit easy to see.

We walked in further inside which was a little terrifying but l couldn't say that out loud of course.But as we continued it grew even more and l had no choice but to hold Riru's hand.

"l thought you said you were not a fragile doll."

"All people get scared."l said barely a whisper.My heart calmed a bit as he grasped my hand tighter.lt was real sweet of him.

But the darker grew more and more ever second and l could feel my finger tips getting colder if he held my hand and then it turned all black.lt was as if l was swimming in a suffocating wave of pitch black,my vision and hearing gone missing as l struggled to breathe.l don't know how many times l tried to breath properly but l couldn't.

l finally caught a glimpse of the light and desperation caught me as l tried hard as l could to reach it.

My vision was blurry but what l saw made me not want it again.

Mia was sitting on the floor bawling her eyes out as she shook Hiro's lifeless body.

"Yumi,what have you done!?"

The floor dragged on with deep red blood that went till my shoes.

"l didn't.."

l crawled towards her but looking closely at my hand was a knife,stained with blood.l rassled my hair as confused thoughts came onto me.

'How could l!?'

l let out a piercing scream that made me look straight at my wall.

'Wait..but l was..'

Hiro came in to find me in my shocked state as l was already covered in cold sweat.l couldn't control it l immediately stated crying like a baby.

He came closer and hugged me tight as he patted my head.

"Shh..it was all a dream."He said in a soft voice.l still held him tight as the baby me came out.

l wish it never comes true..
