she finished her shower drying off she got into some clean clothes the entire time lyrics were flying around in her head
she slammed out of her room heading for the studio with determined strides
in the studio, Daisuke and Mr. Williams were going through the completed songs for the albums
"so you guys have six songs done so far for this past week, thats great progress the Planetary Music Awards starts the week after next week which means if you have the last four songs done you can have your album released on the day of the first award show"
"I'm thinking we could aim for the day before the first award show," Daisuke said
"and then have the album trending the entire two weeks the award season is going on our songs will be fresh to have played at all the big events and such"
Mr. Williams nodded in approval Daisuke paused and swung his chair around
"what is it?" Mr. Williams said
"sienna is coming and she's pissed" Daisuke breathed as the studio door opened and sienna walked in
"sienna what's up?" Daisuke asked her
"you still have that instrumental track you and the guys did two days ago? the one you said Zane's guitar sounded so strong and heavy you weren't sure what type of lyrics would go with it, you said it sounds like a track you would need powerful lyrics to go with it something that makes a statement?"
"yes I do its a great track," Daisuke said
"well I've got your statement," she said going to the console she opened a
writing pad and began to type her fingers flying the keys Mr. Williams and Daisuke read what she was writing over her shoulder

"We need Zane for this" he could rap one of these verses with his really aggressive voice it will sound amazing" Daisuke grinned
"I'm thinking the last verse is perfect for him since thats where the strongest of the lyrics are if he comes out with the passion and growling and makes it mean it could be the climax of the entire song before the chorus kicks in," she said
"i could add drops on this too," Daisuke said "I'm getting everyone up here"
Daisuke got out his phone and called downstairs
"if you two finish this song now i will release it tomorrow," Mr. Williams said
"but we just released After You, it's only been two weeks!" sienna said
"We use this song to keep the momentum and excitement up for your debut album"
he insisted "plus we could pair it with After You if the album isn't finished
by the time that Daisuke and I discussed, we could release it as a special single"
"ok fine" Daisuke agreed "the others are coming up to the studio, Sienna you and Zane I need to get in the recording booth print the lyrics for me please?"
she quickly printed up some copies of the lyrics as their band members came into the room
"We are doing a song right now," Daisuke said hanging out the sheets
"Zane, can you handle that last verse?"
Zane was reading it his he gave a low whistle "its right up my alley" he said with a slow smile "don't worry I'm going to shred this"
a few hours later they had finished the vocals for the song and Daisuke was putting on the final touches on the production
Mr. Williams had helped coach sienna with her singing since it was her first time she and Daisuke shared a verse
and then she did some vocals with Zane's rap verse layering some female vocals with the melody under his hard rapping to add a contrast making his voice stand out more
"This song is a masterpiece," Mr. Williams said in satisfaction as they all listened to the finished product
"remind me to piss off sienna more often if it means she will write great lyrics like this when she's mad"
this drew laughter from among the group that even made sienna smile a little writing and recording
the song spontaneously like that had made her feel so much better she had really poured all her feelings
into the song and now it was done it was even better than After You she felt like she could breathe again
