Chapter 5: The Murder

Ali, who had always been protective of Maryam, slowly pieces together what happened that night. When he realizes that Burak's father is the perpetrator, rage consumes him. In a fit of uncontrollable fury, Ali murders Burak's father. The murder itself is a sudden, violent act of vengeance born out of Ali's need to defend Maryam's honor.
