For days, the lightning walked past countless villages, scaled many mountains and crossed hundreds of rivers.
he didn't know why he saved Uzo's life, he didn't know why he left the forest, he didn't know where he was going, he didn't even know who he was. all he knew was that he was going in the direction of where he should be. hunger and thirst could not stop him, neither could the dangers that lurked in the dark. there was nothing on his mind other than the direction he needed to go. this continued until he arrived at beach and couldn't go further.
he was sure that he wasn't in the place he was meant to be but he could no longer tell which direction to go. as he contemplated his next decision, he laid on the sand and fell into a deep slumber.
he slept for hours until he was finally woken up by the waves that crashed into him and after that a great amount of pain came upon his stomach. he soon noticed that it was hunger but he had nothing to eat so he had to bear it.
