Grave injury.

"You didn't do it on purpose. And I should have an ointment somewhere for treating wounds like this." Taking shallow breaths, she slowly reached into her backpack and retrieved a small dose.

Anna handed it to him before he helped her turn on her belly.

"Spread the whole thing in the middle of my back, please."

He tried his best not to freak out when he touched the dented part of her back. He saw a lot of injuries, most of them even caused by him. But this felt different.

"It glows. That's a good sign, right?" Bugak asked while he carefully added another chunk of the smelly dough to her skin.

"Yes. These ointments tend to heal wounds a bit slower. It's getting warm and the pain has already faded away, it's really comfortable." She purred. Her health was already filling up and finally, her legs started to tingle. "Would you massage my shoulders? You can wipe your hands at least." She suggested, yearning for his nearness as he lay beside her before she could change her mind.

His touch was light, his fingers caressing her upper back in gentle circles. Each stroke traced a comforting path on her soft skin, easing away the tension that had settled there.

Anna tried to stretch her legs, but she still wasn't able to move them properly. But her fingers twitched, which was a good sign.

Bugak slowed down, then stopped, and finally fell asleep holding her shoulder in a firm grip. Like if she was able to run anywhere. She quietly chuckled and logged off, to escape the annoying dull pain she still felt.

'He literally broke me' she realized as she stood up and put her helmet down. It was still early forenoon, so she decided to get her workout done to get rid of it for this day.

While changing into her gym clothes, the power abruptly went off once more. The room, now submerged in darkness, seemed to be even smaller.

Anna growled and slammed her bag into the corner. The only thing left to do is to eat and rest now. She sighed and resigned herself to a forenoon of boredom, hoping that the power would be back on soon.

After a small brunch, she took out the only book she had and continued where she ended last time, crouching under a cone of light coming from the old flashlight. Several hours passed by and Anna suddenly felt so tired she just went to take a nap, setting an alarm for 2 hours. If she can get a rest now, she might be able to log out of the game later than usual...

But before she even fell asleep, the electricity went on again and she put her helmet on all excited.

He held her even tighter. She could feel the warmth of his body and the tenderness in his touch. As his head nestled against her chest, she couldn't help but smile at the thought of him curled up like a cat.

"Bugak, please wake up, it's nearly morning, we should get going." Anna said as she tried to make him move a bit.

He quickly regained his consciousness.
