Chapter Thirty Three - Photoshoot

We got to the airport after the flight and the airport attendants carried my bags to the car.
I could see people staring and pointing at me but I don't blame them, I was pretty famous, with a whopping 45 million followers on Instagram and I had alot of Korean fans too so i was making cool cash.
I even appeared in the music video of a very popular Korean singer that was shot in the US, so that added to my popularity here in Korea alot.
I got into the car and my manager got in after me as the car took off
" So my photo shoot is tomorrow right ?" I asked and she replied with a " yes". I sank more into the comfortable chair as the car drove on. I can't wait to see Hari.

" Oh my gosh, Ashley you're here " Hari screamed as I got down from the car at her building. She engulfed me in a tight hug while I returned it happily.
" Look who's living in the rich neighborhood " I said wiggling my eye brows at her once she released me
" Shut it already, we have alot of things to catch up on, you've grown so tall, I feel so short " she whined as she led me into the big house
"Do you live alone ?" I asked as I took in the size of the interior of the house
" Of course not, I'll die of loneliness if I live alone here.. I live with eunwoo oppa " she replied with a blush
" Uhhh, so you're getting some everyday, if you get what I mean " I replied and she hit my arm
" Shut it " she mumbled and I laughed out loud
" Where is he by the way ??" I asked
" He's still at work, he'll be back soon "

I got to the venue of the photoshoot and my makeup was done, I was in my waiting room when my manager entered.
" The artist you're having a photo collaboration with just got here " she announced as she sat down beside me
" Took him long enough" I replied focusing on my phone
" He's someone who's more famously than you " when said and my eyes shot to her
" What do you mean? More famous than me, I'm really famous though" I replied folding my arms
" Yeah, I know but this man is more famous than you are and has been in the industry for a long time so you're expected to go welcome him in his waiting room " she explained
" Are you for real?" I asked not satisfied with the idea
" Yes I'm serious, his waiting room is opposite yours " she replied and I stood up and went out of the room.
I got to the door and took a deep breath before putting on a smile and knocking on the door. I heard a low " come in " and I proceeded inside closing the door behind me.
The man sat there with his chair turned back so I cleared my throat loudly
" Hello sir, I'm your partner in the photoshoot today please treat me well" I said and his chair slowly turned to face me.
My eyes widened and his eyes widened too.
" You ?" We both said. Wtf is jungkook doing here, not now....not now. So that's why my manager said I was having a photoshoot with someone more famous than me!!!!!!
His manager entered almost immediately holding 2 cups of coffee as he looked at us confused, he probably doesn't remember me anymore.
" Do you two know each other?" He asked
"Yo...you are my role model Jungkook sumbae, it's really nice to meet you " I tried to change the sentence as I bowed a little and turned them walked out as calmly as I could.

She stormed out of my waiting room and I couldn't help but smirk. She was still like I remember her to be. She was more beautiful and tall though.
She probably behaved as if she didn't know me cause she wasn't aware that Hari told me about the main reason why she left.
" Isn't that Ashley? Or do they just look alike ?" Me manager asked as he handed me a cup of coffee
" Yes, she's the one " I said with a little smile
" Why did she pretend like she doesn't know you ?" He asked with a raised brow before his mouth formed an ' O'
" She doesn't know " he added and I nodded before taking a sip. Things are definably gonna be interesting

We started the shoot and we both took individual photos before taking pictures together.
" Stand close and look at each other like you're all each of you has" the camera man ordered and I smirked Abit.
She couldn't meet my eyes, she kept looking around so I grabbed her wrist and pulled her closer and her eyes immediately shot up to mine in surprise.
" Hold it right there " the cameraman said as we gazed at each other and I slowly let go of her wrist while put eyes remained locked. It was like she was searching for an answer in my eyes.

After the photoshoot everyone said their greetings and I saw her leaving the room so I walked in long strides to catch up with her.
I finally caught up with her and held her wrist as I pulled her into a room nearby which turned out to be the janitors room.

" Why can't u pull me into one of our dressing rooms ? " I asked
" Well our managers will be there then " he replied
" Good point" I said nodding my head while he rolled his eyes
" So why are we here ?" I asked looking around
" Why did you pretend not to know me ?" He asked and I looked up at him
" If you were in my shoes, you'd do the same " I replied
" I got the letter " he said scratching his neck
" I heard " I mumbled looking away
" You should have told me that you were leaving" he said and I cleared my throat softly
" We shouldn't be talking about sad stuffs after seeing each other for the first time in 5 years, we should start with a hello hug or something..... And by the way, you've gotten really hot " I said and he scoffed a laugh while shaking his head
"Same old you " he muttered
" I see you've gotten more mature " I replied with a playful wink
" I'm sorry but I gotta go, we'll talk when we see next time " I added
" You're not gonna ask for my number or give me yours ?? " He asked and I turned to face him.
" I'll give you mine when next we meet and please don't come out immediately after me " I said and bowed politely before opening the door and stepping out of the room, then speeding off to my waiting room.
