Isabel finished signing the last document and then checked the time.Those people had been waiting for about half an hour now.

She rose up from her chair and started heading to the meeting room.

A man who looked like in his early 50s , wearing a disheveled suit and a golden chain was unruly sitting on the chair.He didn't bother standing up when Isabel entered,but only spoke sarcastically.

"Oh,look who finally decided to grace us with her presence!"

Isabel forced a smile and apologised.

"Mr.Perez,my apologies for having you wait for me this long.As you know our company is currently in a moment of crisis,time is the essence for us.Everything follows a strict schedule."

"As a client,I am your main priority Miss and I don't care what you were doing,all I care is how you showed me no respect and let me wait here for half a day,without even a drink.If it were Mr.James,he would never show me this level of disrespect."

Half a day?It was only half an hour and the workers had offered him coffee or tea,but he had wanted alcohol and they had politely told him that they didn't distribute those.This guy obviously wanted to pick on with them.

"Again,my apologies Mr.Perez for having experienced this discourtesy by our side.I will make sure that there won't be another time."

"Of course there won't be a next time Miss Isabel,because it's simple,you won't be here.I am not asking you to bring back Mr.James,I am demanding you.All our business has been personally dealt bg Mr.James himself and we have had a wonderful cooperation together."

"Mr.Perez,the reason I am in this position is because I was voted by the board of directors.Mr.James on the other hand misconducted himself and insulted me and everybody on the table.He used vulgar language in a serious setting and dared to show violence to other members of the board,that was only enough for him to never return in this company as CEO.Let's not count the actual damage his personal life has caused to the company.Mr.Perez,you also are a man of business,profit is what matters to us most and for that we should put aside our personal feelings and act logically.Logically,the best choice was for Mr.James to be removed of his position and direct authority in the desicion making of WAZ.He is still part of it as a founder,that's something we can never change."

"Spare me with these!I may not have attended fancy schools with fancy uniforms like you people do,but I'm no idiot!Don't think you can fool me with a few fancy words!I want Mr.James back in this company or we ruin our partnership!"

Before Isabel could say anything,the man in glasses that stood next to Mr.Perez spoke.

"Before you speak Miss Isabel,you should check these documents first." Isabel picked them and started to read."These documents show that our partnership can only continue if Mr.James is in charge.If our main requirement isn't met that would mean a breach of contract from your side."

"Then?"

"If you continue to do so then that means that you are ready for the consequences,but I have to advise that you follow our requests.The price you have to pay isn't small."

Isabel read the penalties if she breached the contract and she had to admit,the price was ridiculously high.Mr.Perezs smile was getting bigger and bigger,while the man in glasses was serious,you could see the smugness in his eyes.

Isabel put the documents on the table and looked at the people with a slight smile.

"And what if I refuse?"

"What do you mean?" the people were confused.

"Exactly as you heard it.What if I refuse to follow your requests?"

"Miss Isabel,this isn't something to joke about.We are giving you geniune advice here-"

"And I am saying that what will happen if I refuse?You people come here without notice and not only you come here and demand me to meet you whenever you feel like it,you also have the audacity to threat us like this."

"We are not threatening you Miss Isabel.We are just-"

Mr.Perez was angry and finally lost his cool.

"I don't care how you will do it,but I want Mr.James in charge of our partnership!You give us what we want and stay at home and look pretty just like a woman should and leave the business to us men.If you wanna play 'boss' for longer then give me my money and prepare to be abandoned by everyone.I mean who would trust a woman who can't even keep her own husband in check."

Isabels smile didn't change,but her eyes were indescribably cold.

"Mr.Perez no matter how much you dislike it,the fact is that *I* am now in charge.Now if you're going to use my personal life to judge my professional abilites,then I won't spare myself.That 'partner' that you want back wasn't capable enough to get this company out of the state he himself brought it because he couldn't contain his animalistic side.Our internal affairs have nothing to do with our clients,the only time they have the right to interfere is when your rights as a client are being violated.This piece of paper states the fact that the CEO,at that current time Mr.James,is the one who personally oversees this partnerships deals,but not Mr.James as a person.If you want to just fight with us with word games,then I'll give you word games from now on.Be prepared and get your best legal team Mr.Perez,because this case is going to court."

Mr.Perez and his aide hadn't expected that Isabel would be this stubborn and even declare to sue them.Today they had expected to end this ridiculous situation and put James back in his place.He had been pestering them for days and it was something they should do if they want to keep their dirty business a secret.

Isabel didn't compromise anymore with them and left the meeting room.

Mr.Perez kept swearing,also insulting her and then left angry with a scary expression.

James went to Mr.Perez and asked him with confidence.

"So how was the meeting?When will I be able to return?"

"That ***** refused to step down and said that she would sue us!"

James face dropped.What could he do now?If even Mr.Perez couldn't bring him back then who would.

Perez saw his reaction and said with an expressionless face.

"Don't worry,you will get your postion back and I will make that little ***** pay!I have many other ways to make her give in!If she doesn't want to be obedient then don't blame me for being harsh."
