Hex's eyes weilded open once more. He hissed inwardly at the sign of him being in a sickbed belonging to a hospital.
His sister had just gone out to get something he didn't care to know about so he was once alone again.
His soul had returned to a regular life after destroying the rune. His right hand was still there but hurt.
After his revival they filled him up on a lot he had missed.
'Wasn't it three days?'
Hex shook his head, perplexed as to how spending three hours in the Phantom Gap could have resulted in spending three days outside.
His sister had described in detail how horrified she was to see his lifeless body on the floor of the room.
He was brought to the hospital by Kyle and Chloe.
Luckily they didn't bury him.
His sister had been both relieved and incensed with him once he had woken up. It turned out she figured his endeavor in clearing higher gaps.
