I don't own Cote, Naruto or Bsd. All right belongs to respectful owner. Also Bsd won't have much influence except for influencing Kiyo into becoming (very little) good.
"This way, you cannot defeat me," Itachi said confidently, but he sensed another presence approaching. He dodges the Shadow which was about to bind him.
"A Nara clan member, it seems," he thought as he attempted to knock Shikamaru out of the equation. "What?" Said Shikamaru. But before he could reach Shikamaru, Sasuke intervened.
Engaged in a fierce taijutsu battle, Itachi threw a swift jab at Sasuke, who effortlessly evaded it, seizing Itachi's hand and attempting a counter kick.
However, Itachi's reflexes were equally quick as he launched a faster kick, sending Sasuke flying five meters away. But it turned out to be a shadow clone, dissipating into smoke.
Swiftly recovering, Sasuke appeared from behind, unleashing a kick reminiscent of the Leaf Hurricane. Yet, Itachi was prepared, expertly blocking the attack. In the blink of an eye, both brothers began weaving hand signs.
"Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu," they both chanted simultaneously, colliding their jutsu with devastating force, causing parts of two houses to crumble in the aftermath.
Without wasting a moment, Sasuke produced a kunai in each hand and charged forward. Itachi reacted promptly, employing a defensive jutsu to create a "Water Style: Water Wall," shielding himself from Sasuke's assault.
Unbeknownst to Itachi, the kunai tactic was a clever diversion, executed by a clone, while the real Sasuke capitalized on the distraction to execute "Water Style: Aqua Blast." However, Itachi was more than ready, neutralizing the attack without breaking a sweat.
Sasuke's challenge resounded as he remarked, "Let's be serious, Itachi. We both haven't used even half of our power."
Once again, the Mangekyo Sharingan blazed to life in both brothers' eyes as they rushed at each other with incomprehensible speed.
Sasuke infused his kunai with lightning chakra, aiming for Itachi, who countered with fire-chakra-coated chokuto, blocking the attack with precision.
Itachi lunged with a punch aimed at Sasuke's gut, but Sasuke's agile footwork allowed him to deftly dodge the blow and retaliate with a punch of his own, narrowly grazing Itachi.
"What?" Itachi exclaimed, taken aback by the unexpected speed and power of Sasuke's punch.
A brief smirk crossed Sasuke's face, revealing that he had more to offer than anticipated. He disappeared momentarily, only to reappear high in the air, weaving hand signs.
"Fire Style: Ember Attack," Sasuke declared, launching multiple fireballs towards Itachi. Thinking quickly, Itachi used the jutsu he had recently copied, "Water Style: Aqua Blast," extinguishing the flames.
Undeterred, Sasuke resumed his assault with kunai in hand, pushing Itachi to the brink. The clash was so intense that both Itachi's chokuto and Sasuke's kunai broke from the force of their strikes.
"Know that in terms of taijutsu, I am stronger," Itachi warned, bracing himself, yet sensing that Sasuke might have more tricks up his sleeve. His intuition proved correct.
Sasuke taunted, revealing that he had activated two of the Eight Gates - the "1st Gate: Gate of Opening" and the "2nd Gate: Gate of Healing." The surge in power was palpable as Sasuke unleashed a flurry of attacks. "Did you said something?" Said Sasuke.
Itachi struggled to block Sasuke's rapid jabs and kicks, the force pushing him back. Then, with determination in his eyes, Sasuke formed a Rasengan, signaling an overwhelming attack. Itachi realized that he had no choice but to summon his Susanoo to defend against the impending strike.
But just as Sasuke was about to unleash the Rasengan, he felt an unexpected sensation, unable to move easily, and sensed their presence. Memories of a past event flashed through his mind, and he knew he had to stop. With a mix of emotions, he deactivated his Mangekyo Sharingan, panting, and dropping to one knee.
His thoughts were a tumultuous blend of conflict and resolution. "Well, I guess I must leave it at here. But still, to think I did that. Even though she herself said it. But I had no choice. Because she was dying no matter what with that attack. So at least she was useful."
As the intensity of the battle subsided, Sasuke regained control over his emotions. "And I am back, I guess. Also, Danzo, Obito, Black Zetsu. You guys are so dead," he vowed silently, his determination stronger than ever.
The next morning, Sasuke awoke in the hospital room, finding himself surrounded by several important figures of the village. Present were the Hokage, Shikaku, Inoichi, Choza, Kakashi, Guy, and Hiashi.
"I heard from Shikamaru that you fought Itachi yesterday, and that you even used Rasengan and the 8 gates. Can you explain how you managed to use those two techniques? Btw I am sorry for the loss." Shikaku inquired, seeking clarification.
Sasuke calmly responded, "It's a unique ability granted by my Mangekyo Sharingan. With it, I can perform any jutsu that exists, as long as I see it or have full knowledge about it. And you may be wondering how I came to possess this ability."
The revelation left everyone astonished. "Are you certain about this, Sasuke? That you truly possess the Mangekyo Sharingan," questioned Hiruzen, seeking confirmation.
"Yes, Lord Third. I can vouch for it," Kakashi affirmed, stepping forward to support Sasuke's claim.
Sasuke demonstrated the Mangekyo Sharingan once again, proving the truth of his words. The presence of such an overwhelming power emitted by his eyes was both mesmerizing and unsettling for those present.
"It's unmistakable, the Mangekyo Sharingan indeed," Hiashi acknowledged, recognizing the formidable ocular prowess.
However, two individuals, Hiruzen and Kakashi, immediately urged Sasuke to close his eyes, concerned about the potential strain or consequences of using such a powerful ability.
In the dimly lit room, Sasuke lay motionless on his bed, his breathing shallow and labored. It appeared as though he had fainted, but little did anyone know that this was not a mere unconsciousness. Unbeknownst to them, it was a clever ruse masterfully executed by Ayanokouji Kiyotaka, the brilliant strategist.
Observing the situation, Hiruzen, the wise Lord Third, swiftly took charge, urging Guy to summon a medic. "Guy, please go call the medic immediately," he commanded with concern etched on his face.
"Yes, Lord Third," replied Guy, his sense of duty compelling him to act swiftly.
Meanwhile, Kakashi, one of the experienced shinobi in the room, recognized the true nature of Sasuke's condition. "That was undoubtedly the Mangekyo Sharingan, Lord Third. Sasuke seemed to be aware of it but unfamiliar with its properties," Kakashi explained.
"Mangekyo Sharingan's properties?" Inoichi and Choza inquired, their curiosity piqued.
Kakashi continued to elucidate, "Even with the normal Sharingan, it exerts a significant strain on the user's chakra reserves. In my case, prolonged use leaves me utterly depleted. Sasuke, despite being an Uchiha, must have endured an immense toll when he used the Mangekyo against Itachi during their fierce battle. And he's not even ten yet."
A collective frown spread across the faces of everyone present. The gravity of the situation became apparent as they grasped the extent of Sasuke's sacrifice and determination.
Soon, the medic arrived, and with swift expertise, attended to Sasuke. The young Uchiha stirred after only a few minutes. The speed of his recovery left everyone astounded. Doubts began to surface regarding Kakashi's earlier explanation, except for Guy and Hiruzen, who appeared to sense that something was amiss.
Sensing the lingering unease in the room, Hiashi, the astute Hyuga clan member, activated his Byakugan, hoping to discern any hidden truths. Seeing this Sasuke asked, "At what level I am Lord Hiashi?"
In the room filled with tension, Hiashi hesitated before regaining his composure and responded to Sasuke's inquiry. "You have reached a jonin level, almost comparable to mine if you were fully recovered. It's astonishing for a seven-year-old to possess such chakra," he acknowledged.
Shikaku chimed in, "Yes, It's quite remarkable for someone your age."
Hiruzen observed Sasuke with interest, noting his lack of arrogance despite achieving the Mangekyo Sharingan. The young Uchiha displayed emotional restraint, except for a brief moment of anger. Unbeknownst to everyone, Sasuke's emotional range was almost null.
Intrigued, Inoichi asked, "What's your plan now, kid?"
Sasuke replied in his composed manner, "First, the person responsible for this mess has to pay. Now that I am the new clan head, I wonder at what age I will gain that privilege?"
The mention of revenge once again caused frowns to appear on the faces of those present. Sasuke acknowledged their concerns, saying, "I won't rush like an idiot until I turn 15. However, I won't abandon my goal if an opportunity presents itself. Is that acceptable? Also my question?"
Hiruzen, understanding the young Uchiha's determination, advised, "It's good that you're rational about it, but never take such paths alone. As for it, you must cross 15 and must possess the rank of a jonin."
Sasuke nodded in agreement, showing that he understood the importance of having support and guidance. "Yeah," he affirmed.
Hiruzen, now convinced of Sasuke's mindset, asked him to explain everything he knew about the events from the previous day.
Sasuke proceeded to narrate a story that cleverly mixed truths with well-crafted lies, and everyone in the room believed it.
Little did they know that the mastermind behind this narrative was none other than Ayanokouji Kiyotaka, who had skillfully woven the tale.
"I see. So that's how you got your Mangekyo Sharingan. It truly was an painful experience." Said Choza.
"Yes it truly was." Replied Sasuke. "After all I learnt what it meant to be a mother." Again spoke Sasuke after a gap as genuine tears fell down. Recalling...
Amidst the eerie darkness, the shadow clones dutifully followed Itachi, while Sasuke's mind was consumed by a torrent of thoughts.
He couldn't help but wonder if his theory was accurate or just a delusion. Eventually, he arrived at two main suspects: Itachi or the elders, with Hiruzen being the least likely.
As the dim scene unfolded, Sasuke swiftly activated his Sharingan, hoping to find some truth amidst the shadows.
And there it was-the revelation that confirmed his worst fears. Itachi was the one responsible for their parents' tragic demise, and perhaps even the deaths of others.
"Sasuke?" Mikoto's voice broke the solemn silence, her words barely a whisper. "It's Itachi, isn't it?"
Sasuke's hands moved instinctively, tending to her wounds with a bandage as she affirmed his question. "No, Sasuke, please don't blame..." Mikoto began, but Sasuke interrupted her, his resolve unwavering.
"I know, mother. These eyes were not granted to me for naught. I can see through Itachi's facade. Those tears, they are not of happiness or mere sorrow. They bear the weight of profound grief," Sasuke declared with a heavy heart.
Mikoto understood her son's anguish, and she admired his strength despite the pain he bore. She knew she lacked the power to change the past, but she hoped to provide him with whatever solace she could.
'I may not have the strength to alter the course of events, but I can be there for him. Even if it means he must endure more pain, Sasuke is a resilient child, stronger than even Itachi,' she thought to herself.
"Sasuke, please... end my suffering," Mikoto implored, her voice laden with pain. However, Sasuke refused to give in to despair, offering a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness. "No, there must be another way. Tell me, who is responsible for all of this? Danzo, Koharu, Homura, or perhaps Hiruzen?" he asked, surprising Mikoto with his determination.
Mikoto took a moment to compose herself, understanding the gravity of the situation. "Listen, Sasuke, my time is running out. I can't bear this pain any longer. Please, make it quick," she urged, her heartrending plea pushing Sasuke to grapple with his emotions.
"But..." Sasuke hesitated, torn between granting his mother's request and seeking justice for their family. Yet, Mikoto had made her decision. Swiftly, she activated the Sharingan, surprising Sasuke even further. "What is this?" he exclaimed, witnessing his mother's Sharingan in action.
"We only have a few minutes left," Mikoto explained, her resolve unwavering. "If you have anything to say, please tell me now. There's something I must share as well."
Sasuke took a deep breath, knowing time was precious. "Yes, there is something... I carry memories of my past life, though not all of it. It's difficult to believe, which is why I've always clung to the so-called cherished bottle when I was an infant," he admitted, revealing a hidden part of himself to his mother.
"I need to know, Sasuke. Do you believe in me, in the power of your father, and do you see me as your mother?" Mikoto asked, seeking reassurance from her son.
Sasuke's heart ached with sadness as he replied, "Of course, I believe in you and the strength of our clan, and you will always be my mother." His words carried the weight of love and loyalty.
With a heavy but determined heart, Mikoto made her request, "Then please, do what needs to be done. Keep our eyes and body safe." Sasuke understood the gravity of her plea, and Mikoto shared some precious memories with him while casting a genjutsu to aid him in his task.
As Sasuke returned to reality, he was faced with two jars of the so-called cherished bottle, knowing what he had to do to relieve his mother's pain. In that moment, Mikoto took control, guiding her son in the painful act that would free her from suffering.
After it was done, a surge of immense power coursed through Sasuke's eyes. It was a unique and potent form of Sharingan, bearing five extraordinary abilities.
Filled with resolve and newfound strength, Sasuke set his sights on Itachi, leaving a shadow clone behind to fulfill the task given by his mother. The clone's purpose was clear, but Sasuke's determination to confront Itachi was unwavering.
Present time!

Soon the door blasted and Sasuke knew exactly what it was.
