Even after Margaux strike Mr. Heisegel straight at his face and threatened to kill him, he did not admit that he did it.
" I already told you. I don't even remember how I ended up in my office. Why are you insisting that I did it?"
" I'll really kill you!"
" Go on! At least I'll die innocent."
She's on the brink of crying and decided to walk out before he could see her in her weakest state. She strode off to the ladies room and shut herself inside the cubicle.
She lost her purity to the man who would never even admit it. What right does she have to call her boss a laughing stock when she herself is?
She thought she was furious but realized only now that she's hurt. She's hurt. She don't even have the strength to walk out of the room.
The moment she wiped her eyes dry and decided to leave his Perfume Company, she noticed the vandals on the wall.
" Mr. Heisegel has MPD."
" Is it true?"
" Are you talking about our CEO?"
" I heard a drunk doctor announce it in the bar ."
" He must be lying ."
" He is Dr. Joseph Arman. He's a Psychologist and I believe he's saying the truth. You should check him out."
It goes from zero to one hundred.
Her adrenal gland produces adrenaline that made her body move to discover the truth. She went back to the office, took her phone and wallet and ignored Mr. Heisegel who tried to talk to her.
When the taxi halted to the place she searched in the internet, she instantly step out and knock on the office door impatiently.
" Come __."
She pushed the door wide open and strangled the doctor's neck.
" What..are...you..doing..?" he struggled.
" You swore for confidentiality of your patient's record. I'll see you in the court tomorrow."
Her eyes, still red from crying, made her more intimidating.
" W-what are you talking about?"
She threw him on the floor and sat on the patient's chair.
" You announced that Mr. Seiche Heisegel had Multiple Personality Disorder in public when you were drunk. Do you remember doing that? Or you want to act like you don't?"
He opened his mouth but found no words to speak. He lowered his head in guilt.
" Tell me, what else do you know about him?" she asked, fishing for more information with a threatening glare.
" I'm not supposed to tell you."
She took a ballpen from his desk and point it on his neck in a fast pace.
" I'll make you."
The doctor looked at her, studied her expression with trembling lips and knew at that moment that she meant what she said.
°°°°°
After the talk she had with the doctor, she felt heavier than she already was. Days passed and ignoring him becomes too hard on her.
She don't know why but she keeps on wanting to walk on his side and glared everyone who attempt to look at him. But everytime she remember what happened, she's enrage. Her life was already sad to begin with, but now its tragic.
Time runs fast and it's already been twoo weeks. She wore her usual croptops and cap and met him on a renowned hotel like what they planned to. After contemplating what to do, she agreed to talk things out.
There she is, staring at him, still thinking about how he did it so well that night. She hate herself for liking it. Part of her is overjoyed that it happened.
" He's damn great," she whispered in her mind.
" Margaux, we can't stay like this forever. You could beat me all you want. Just.. just stop ignoring me," Sichie pleaded, killing their silence.
She sighed.
"You're right. I guess I'll just have to do that tomorrow in your office ."
She felt his gaze. He's smiling as if getting a beating from her is the most pleasant thing to anticipate.
" If gaze could melt a person, I think I evaporated a while ago," she said.
He responded with a sigh. She know that he had something to say.
" Spill it. I'm going to beat you anyway."
He heaved another sigh and uttered the words she expected.
" I did not do it. I don't know why you mistook me as him but it's not me. It's the truth," he said desperately.
She sipped her wine and nod, acting unbothered.
"I believe you," she said.
" Really?" he smiled in surprise.
" Mmm. I don't know what's gotten into me. I must have lost my sanity for thinking it was you."
He laughed and they talked more comfortably after that.
The thing is, she don't want to hate him. He himself is a victim and she's well aware of that.
" Did your people bother you much these days?"
" Yeah. I did not mind them just what you told me. I'm a great boss, right?"
" Yeah. You follow your secretary well. That's good to know ."
She never thought she could tame her scardy boss just like that. And she never thought someone like him would make her uneasy like this.
" I'm really scared though. I kept on thinking the possibility that they'll walk into my room and kill me."
She sincerely laughed at his silliness. She felt at ease all of a sudden. She did not expect that forgiving him would only take a short while.
" Mmm. Want me to guard your door?" she jokingly offered.
" You would end up killing me if you do that."
She laughed again.
" Hahaha I overestimated you. That man could never be you. He's a salivating man and you're just a wimpy kid."
He pouted. But what she saw in her mind is the image of Mr. Heisegel bitting his lower lip seductively as he held her waist.
She could still feel him so warm inside her.
" What the heck Margaux!" she scolded herself silently.
Since that incident, she find herself seeing the dominating side of Seichi Heisegel in her mind. She often zoned out just by thinking of him.
That night left imprints on her and it made her life messier.
.She longed to see that salivating side of him once more and beat that him if he had also forgotten that night.
" Come on Margaux! You're getting too distracted!" she said in her mind.
Seiche Heisegel is only 22 years old. He managed the Perfume Company called Temptation Scents as a CEO. He's too young to be one but his father made him before he died. His lack of experience and silliness made it easier for the other stockholders to get rid of him.
" How did I get tangled up with you?" she said as she caress his face on the monitor. She suddenly remembered his face that night and could not help but chuckle as she curled up on her bed.
" You're such a bad boy, Mr. Heisegel. I'll make you pay," she thought.
