Seduced By My Rogue Mate

"Stop." I shiver despite my words, my breathe coming out in gasp as the Alpha takes hold of the whip he had placed on the chair. "Why should I do so love?" He whispers seductively. "Admit you love it." * Being a young Alpha comes with many responsibilities, and taking care of the pack is one of them. Sent on a mission to capture the rogues at the border of their town, Mek never imagined himself captured. As the best warrior and the strongest Alpha of the pack, he never for once thought himself capable of being captured, but the rogue Alpha did the impossible. Captured, and held against his will, the fearless Alpha is given an ultimatum, It's either Mek gives himself up to the new Rogue king as a self proclaimed slave, or the Alpha wipes his entire pack. Left with no choice but to do as requested, all for the sake of his people, Mek gives up his title. Prepared for the humiliation and torture from the new "Alpha" of the pack, Mek isn't prepared for the fast racing of his heart whenever the Alpha is near, and his eagerness for his "Punishments." And not to talk of how he always melts to a puddle when the older male is around. At first he's confused of his reaction, but that was until an incident led him to a new discovery; He's the mate of the rogue Alpha.

Power of a mate

"Look who's talking. It's like the pot calling the kettle black." Mek narrowed a look at her, "should any of us tune it down, it should be you. Bitch with a capital B."

"You —" Jyn made to stand, but I stopped her from doing so.

"Hey, you are talking to my girlfriend." I frown at him, "you need to know how to talk to others. You shouldn't talk just because you have the mouth to do so. It's good to respect others if you want the respect to be accorded to you."

"You should warn your girlfriend then." Mek pointed at Jyn, "I know she's your girlfriend, she doesn't have to refer to that all the damn time."

"I'm his girl, and this is my boyfriend's house. I can talk however I want. It's not your duty to tell me what I'm to say or not. I say whatever I want. It's my mouth, and the house you are living in is my boyfriend's."

"Your boyfriend?" Mel smirked, "I don't think you are all that important to him. Tell me, why hasn't he told me about you if what you claim is true?" He grinned.

"That's —"

I tune their petty argument off.

I don't know what to do now. Should I cut the entire game off, or should I play along? I don't know what will happen if I choose either one of them.

Mek might be showing some signs of jealousy, but it's not the one I want. I want him to be aggressively angry, and not argumentatively angry.

"You are only but something under my shoes, female. Arguing with you is more like belittling my title as an Alpha. You can go ahead and bitch about it."

" You —" I stopped another round of arguments, "I'm cooking the meal, aren't I? If none of you is willing to help me, you should allow me to concentrate."

"I will help you."

" I will also help you."

The two of them stood at a time.

"I said it first," Jyn frowned at Mek.

"It doesn't matter who said what first. I'm helping him, and that's the end of the matter. If you don't want that, you can go ahead and leave." He points to the door, "The door will always be open."

"You both should sit down." I sigh in exasperation.

All I want is for Mek to see me differently, I never asked for this type of argument. I can feel the headache brewing.

"But I want to help you."

"You've not always helped me in the kitchen, Mek. If memory serves me right, I can recall this. You hate being in the kitchen."

"But not today. I would like to help out."

"No, sit with Jyn. I will cook today."

"Are you sure about that, darling? I can help you out if it works for you." Jyn winked at me, "we need to start practising how to act like a couple. We —"

"You have to practice?" Mek laughed at that, "you see, being a couple is something that happens naturally. You don't have to practice anything. Should you click with the one, nature takes its course."

"And who asked for your opinion?" She scoffed, "you are not dating anyone as far as I —"

"Can the two of you go to the parlour? You are distracting my cooking."

"I'm sorry, love."

"I will be in my room. Call me when you are through."

Mek gave the poor Jyn a dark glare before he walked out of the kitchen.

We didn't say a word until we heard him bang his room, in anger.

"That was intense." Jyn sighed, "you didn't tell me I was up for some competition."

"Do you think this will work?" I voiced my concern. "He didn't protest when I asked the both of you to leave, and now, he has gone back to his room.

"Trust me on this Fern. He's angry and jealous. He doesn't need to verbalize it for me to know that."

"So, this will work?"

"Of course, it will." Jyn smiled evilly, "you will see my end work when all this is true."

" I hope so."

I don't think I can keep up with Jyn should nothing happen. After all, why I'm keeping her here is to piss my mate off to the point he will confess his love for me.

Impossible, right?

But can you blame me for wishing it to be true?

"Stop thinking about it. Trust me on this, Fern. Have I ever disappointed you?"

"Oh, yes. I can count on the many times you disappointed me."

"When?"

"Others are getting their mates, and you are still here, trying to piss me off."

"Is that it?" She laughed, "I guess I will have to disappoint you for years to come. I won't get mated to anyone. I will torment your jealous mate and you."

"Let's wait and see then." I smirk, "you will be surprised to know what I will do to you should you remain here by the end of the full moon."

"You won't do, nothing, Alpha." She wriggled her brow at me, "I'm more than prepared to thwart your plans."

" Not when I'm ready to do so." I turn, "my handsome mate is hungry. I need to feed him."

" Go ahead, then." She smirked, "it's a pity, I don't have a mate who will be concerned about me when I'm hungry."

"Find one then. Stop tormenting your poor Alpha."

I prepared his favourite meal and made sure to set his plates with care.

"Lover boy," Jyn mocked, "never have I conjured such a scenario in my mind. You've always been a no-nonsense Alpha who hardly smiles. But you've changed. You are no longer the broody Alpha I know."

"Isn't it a good thing, then?" I raise a brow at her.

" It's a good thing, but it's scary as hell. It's like having a clown smile at you." She shivers, "I don't like it one bit."

"What can I say? It's the power of having a mate." I wink at her, "he's affecting me."
