The Unexpected

While waiting at their meeting place Julien began to think how this date will not be awkward. The first date is the make-or-break thing.

He racks his brain and then he remembers a quote from the book he read before and it says "Don't cover lies with your love". He mumbly said, "My take on that word is to be true to yourself."

You should accept yourself first before accepting other people in your life.

Meanwhile, in a big apartment located in the heart of the central district, Vel'Krim and his companion are watching Julien and his woman. " [SoulSet: Chase Destiny] is useful and those two lovebirds... It feels like I'm watching a love story film. Haha!" Vel'krim said with his hoarse voice.

Sil, in his misty grey form, said: "Was it a waste using that skill? You can only use it five times and that is the fourth one?"

Going back to the meeting spot of Julien and Niana, the daylight is up and there are no clouds in the sky. The sound of cars and the passing sound of the train reverberates the place. Julien standing near an outpost is checking his phone.

It's already 9:50 AM and Niana is still not around and there is no message yet from her.

"Did she dump me? Should I call her? I'm kinda worried that something arises. I should call her, yes."

Still hesitating, Julien swiped up his phone and began to look for Niana's social media profile "No post or update" I will call her.

Julien began to ring the phone. Brrr, the sound of ringing is echoing in his mind he is tensing up. After a few rings, a girl with a beautiful voice speaks.

"Julien! Hello, are you already there" Her voice is quite on a high pitch like panicking and there is a hint of her being pained.

With a huffing sound, she didn't wait for Julien's answer. She followed up and said hurriedly, "Julien, I got into a minor accident and I'm still at my place." she explained with a low tone.

Julien hastily answered as well "No worries I just got here! I will drop by your place now and let's talk there. I'm worried about what happened to you."

He walks for a few meters and waves his hands up to get a taxi while talking to Niana.

He continued, "What happened? Are you hurt? Did you contact the police? "

On the other line, Niana is blushing. She never sees Julien panic like this.

She hurriedly answered "No worries, it's not like some sort of accident that involves the police. I just tripped down the stairs. I lost my balance"

She lost and tripped because she was hurrying to go to the meeting place but she did not mention this.

And then she continued. "No worries, I just sprained my left foot. It's just that I can't walk properly and I need to rest for a bit."

"I hope nothing is broken. I Will buy an ice pack and first aid kit here." Julian said and then continued "I'm sure you didn't eat also, do you have something in your mind to eat? I will buy it on the way."

Niana on the other line feels romantically excited and answers, "Let's eat our favorite pizza and chicken".

Julien answered back, "Okay I'll get that for you. Anything else?"

Niana on the line still blushing said," Thank you Julien. That's all".

"Don't mention it. I'll see you later, probably I'll be there around 30 minutes."

"All right, take care. Bye."

"Bye..." and Julien drops the call. He is now looking outside the window spacing out.

The taxi driver then interrupted his dazing and said "Hey, sir where are we going?" The driver stared at him for two full minutes now.

Julien snapped and hurriedly said "G-green leaf Condominium and then let's take a drive-thru too. This shop is on the way! "

The driver laughed and said, "Okay."
