The soft and cool voice of Ma Liling and her emotion flowing through her song made the crowd turn silent. Many are even wiping their faces because of tears. They did not expect that with only an acapella everyone would feel the emotion of the lyrics.
No one is familiar with the song, but they did not mind. Right now, everyone is too engrossed in the moment as they feel like they are seeing a woman loving a man even in his deepest troubling times.

The crowd shouted while she looks at the people helplessly. At this moment, she did not care about anything else. In truth, she was really hurt by the scandal and what those people online said about her. She dare not read it as per the advice of Yi Beiwei. "Before the mall kicks me out of here… I will leave you all a song that I wrote a few years back…" she said and then the guitar starts playing.
Right now, many phones are already recording. How could they miss this chance to hear their goddess sing?
Ma Liling looks at the second floor and waved her hand while showing her angelic smile.

The slightly lively and catchy tune made everyone began swaying left and right with smiles on their faces. Even though the lyrics seem a bit wishful and about someone being hopeful, the rhythm and her voice made them feel like it was a happy wish of a woman who found hope in her darkest moment.
As the crowd listens to the music and the band follows the arrangement on their phones, the mall was filled with a happy atmosphere which even made those who are lovers held their hands.
Ma Liling could see the effect of her song and she even wanted to tear up. But she controlled her voice and her emotion so that the crowd would not be affected by her.
In her mind, she remembers the young man studying in college. He would always contact her and the two of them would talk for hours and share their day. What they like to do, and what they wanted to eat, those most basic things that made their simple life blissful.
When she was down and having problems with her mother's sickness, he was there to comfort her. He would always tell her that everything would be alright and that he would be there for her and that miracle would happen.
True to his words, when she was in need of money for her mother's medicine she was approached by a person distributing pamphlets. It was a low-interest loan which made her a bit skeptical. However, when she borrowed money from them without a choice, she was shocked that the information was actually legit.
The interest was really low.
And so with that, she and her mother were able to go through their troubling times.
The more she thinks of that guy whom she now married the more she thinks that he was the miracle in her life. He was the reason why she became strong and endures on living.
And now, her life once again is facing turmoil but she is not worried anymore. Because she knew that he is there.
As she was ending her song, she slowly walks towards the band.
Meanwhile, Manager Lan has already gotten her hand signal while she was singing and has prepared an exit path for her.
As soon as she finished singing, she turns around and walks behind the stage.
Everything was in order and prepared as the security is already in place. As she was exiting, from an unknown position a man wearing a black cap suddenly went past the security.
Then when he was standing in front of Ma Liling, he showed a sinister smile on his face.
"I have a message from the young mistress…" he said as he suddenly takes out a small vial from his hand.
As if time has stopped, even Ma Liling was caught off-guard as her eyes are glued to that sinister but familiar face.
The man moves his hand with the liquid vial in his hand as he wanted to splash it in her face.
"It's time for the angel to fall…" the man sinisterly said.
