The Dying Zora And Surprising Kid

I went out the door and started to wonder around. I noticed there were guards by the doors leading outside of town. I went up to one and said "where does this path lead?"

He said that it lead to the ocean and since I wasn't very young and had a sword he let me through. As I walked out I noticed there was a giant field. Everything was so beautiful. As I walked further I could see the ocean the guard was talking about. The path was blocked by a fence but lucky I was just tall enough to climb over it.

It was sure pretty over there and I looked around. There were a few houses but I didn't go in them. There was another pretty big building that was in the middle of the water. There was a giant hook on the top of it! I wasn't sure if I should go in the water but in the end I did.

I was swimming around when suddenly I noticed a fishlike creature laying in the water(I think it's called a Zora). I thought he was dead when suddenly he said

"unghhh somebody...

Unghh...please...

G-gu-hu...get me

to shore..." So I pushed him over to the shore.

When I got him to the shore he lay there and said "Uuungh...I am Mikau of the Zora people...guitarist in the Zora band...

I think this is it for me...

My final message...

Will you listen to it?"

"Of course!" I said.

Then suddenly he stood up, took out a guitar, and started to sing!

"Oh baby, baby, listen to me!

The carnival's beginning soon.

We're the ones they're waiting to see.

But that girl, our vocalist...

She laid some strange eggs.

And she's lost her voice,

You can't hear what she says.

Whoa-oh! In Great Bay now

As soon as he finished singing he fell to the ground and said "Ppplease... my soul... heal it!"

Suddenly I remembered the song I just learned from the mask salesman and I conducted it.

As soon as I finished playing the song a Zora mask appeared!

Then some sort of ghost of him came up and said

"Carve my farewell song on my grave...

I'm depending on you to help that singer girl..."

I did what he wanted but as I did it I thought

"HOW ON EARTH AM I GOING TO DO THAT?! I'm already on 2 giant quests!"

Once I finished his grave I bowed down my head in respect for Mikau. Then I turned to the mask and wondered if something cool would happen if I put it on. I picked it up and put it on but suddenly my body  and face went insane. I screamed and passed out for a few seconds. When I came to and looked at my body I nearly fainted again. I had taken the form of the Zora!!!!! I had fins and everything!

"Uhh...who are you? Are you wearing one of my needed transforming mask?" A little voice suddenly said from behind me.

I immediately whirled around to see the little kid who I had seen in the forest. "This must be the child the mask salesman was talking about!" I thought.

"Yeah. I think I'm wearing a transforming mask.

I followed you when you were robbed, but when I came the mask salesman said he wants me to help you beat the skull kid. He also taught me the song of healing. Just now a dying Zora named Mikau sang a song about a vocalist who laid eggs that were stolen by pirates. I conducted the song of healing to make the mask I'm wearing. I also carved his farewell song into his grave over there if you wanna see it." I said. Then I took off the mask and I looked like myself again.

"You don't need to help me. I got a lot done. I have been collecting masks and I've awakened 2 guardians. I still have 2 more to awaken but I'm getting the hang of it. My name is Link by the way.  He said.

"My name is Brian. How could you have done all that in one day?!" I said.

"I have a song that lets me restart all 3 days. I have actually seen you redoing your things over and over again." He said with a weird smile on his face.

I was shocked. "REALLY?! How come I don't know when I'm redoing it?" I asked.

"I don't know. Now can you please hand me the mask so I can get going?" He said.

"OK. Here you go but I just have too ask you if you own the ocarina of time. I need it to open a door in a temple." I said as I handed the mask to him.

"why?! I have already finished that quest and sealed up ganondorf. All that's behind the door is a sword that I can pull up." Link said rudely.

"come on! I really wanna show my girlfriend!!!" I pleaded.

"OK. Just wait until I'm done and I'll come with you." said link.

"thanks!! Now continue with your journey" I said.

He put on the mask and then went over to the grave and read the farewell song.

Then I headed back to clock town
