In Xiao Lie's Courtyard

" Is this for me?" Xiao Lie asked, in front of him laid a satchel.

"Yes open it I am sure you will like it" Xiao Che said and urged him to open it.

Opening the satchel Xiao Lie found a blue robe enamoured with the violet pattern at the border, it's texture smooth like made from the purest silk, it looked quite elegant.

"Thank you" holding the robes in his hand Xiao Lie thanked them "But isn't this costly?" whether be its texture or quality both are top-notch. The cost of such a fine garment shouldn't be less.

"We saved money from the last few days to buy you a present Uncle" Lun Hui said. To thank Xiao Lie for always looking after them, they planned to give him something, to show him their appreciation towards him.

"I didn't even buy sweets to save money, aren't I a good child father" Xiao Lingxi said, her expression like she fought a long hard battle to preserve money.

"Haha, Indeed Xi'er is a good child, you all are my good child" Xiao Lie enveloped them in his embrace with a pleased smile on his face. "Such filial love at such a tender age looks like Heaven didn't forsake me completely" Xiao Lie thought happily feeling touched towards their small gesture.

Seeing Xiao Lie's smile Xiao Che also felt relieved. Previously after Xiao Che's father and mother's death Xiao Lie's health took a toll which worsened after his wife's unnatural death. This time Xiao Che took upon himself to make his Grandpa feel happier so that his grandpa lives for himself and not only for his and Xiao Lingxi's sake.

After spending some more time with Xiao Lie they left for their own cottage. It is already night time so they left to sleep.

After reaching his cottage Xiao Che went to take a bath "Ah it feels refreshing " Xiao Che mumbled as he felt the warm water soothing his tensed muscles, the fatigue from all the day washed away as he relaxed his body.

Feeling refreshed he walked back to his room while drying his wet hair with a towel. Wearing his robe back he laid on the bed and closed his eyes.

*Knock* *Knock*

"Who can be at this time" Xiao Che muttered as he walked towards the door and opened it.

"Little Che can we sleep together with you" Xiao Lingxi asked while standing at the door, behind her is Lun Hui. "Looks like she is little tensed after what happened today" Xiao Che thought.

"Sure come inside " Xiao Che led them inside and laid back on his bed, Xiao Lingxi laid next to him while Lun Hui laid on the other side.

"You don't have to think much about what happened today" Xiao Che said to Xiao Lingxi. "Unn" Xiao Lingxi nodded and closed the distance between them, hugging him closer, feeling his warmth Xiao Lingxi felt comfortable.

Lun Hui did the same from another side, hugging him closer she looked deep into his eyes then kissed him.

"Hey, why did you kiss him? didn't you tell me earlier that kiss was only for thanks" Xiao Lingxi asked after seeing Lun Hui kissing Xiao Che.

"That was for thanks but not this one" Lun Hui answered, after kissing him for the first time she liked the feeling of it, how her heart beat faster when she first kissed him, her mind going hazy, she loved this feeling. "I did it because I liked it" Lun Hui spoke as it was natural.

"I also like if earlier then I will kiss him too" saying this Xiao Lingxi cupped Xiao Che's cheek, pulling him closer she kissed him too. After kissing him Xiao Lingxi didn't forget to show her tongue towards Lun Hui.

"Alright let's sleep now" Xiao Che spoke, he didn't want them to see his embarrassed face, his heart was also beating faster after such display of intimacy.

The night went peacefully as they slept together while Xiao Lingxi and Lun Hui used his arms as pillows.

In the morning after eating their breakfast together they ran towards the playground to play, they played around without a care in the world, basking in the joy of youth.

"Hey, look someone is coming here" Lun Hui said and pointed her finger towards the figure. Following her line of sight they saw a girl approaching towards them "Why is she coming here" Xiao Lingxi asked. The figure approaching them is the same girl who insulted Xiao Lingxi yesterday.

"You don't need to feel worried I am with you" Xiao Che said to Xiao Lingxi "No I am not worried" Xiao Lingxi said, she is no longer worried or afraid after remembering what he said yesterday.

She is no longer a girl who can be bullied easily if someone will punch her once she will punch them twice, she is no longer afraid to make her own stand.

"She looks like a tigress, ready to pounce at anyone who lays a hand on her " Xiao Che thought while glancing her. "Of course my Little Aunt is a Tigress why would she be afraid of anyone" Xiao said and laughed heartily feeling happy.

By the time they conversed the girl already approached them, she glanced at them and said "I am sorry for yesterday" while bowing her head in apology, after reflecting on herself yesterday she found that it was indeed her mistake so she thought to apologise for her mistake."She knows how to admit faults looks like she is not all that bad" Xiao Che thought.

"You don't need to apologise us, you should ask forgiveness from her after all she is the one you insulted" Xiao Che said as he pointed towards Xiao Lingxi.

"I am sorry" without any hesitation she asked Xiao Lingxi for forgiveness.

"You won't bad mouth me again will you " Xiao Lingxi asked. "Of course not" the girl denied and shook her head. "Then it's all right I will forgive you " Xiao Lingxi said.

"Thank you " the girl thanked them and felt relieved that they didn't make difficult for her.

"Hey, if you don't have anything to do why don't you play with us and what was your name again?" Xiao Che asked, kids are like clay that will take the shape you give them and after she said sorry she admitted her mistakes and that's a good start, if possible then why not make her friend?

"My name is Xiao Lu" she introduced herself after which they followed suit, after introducing them to each other they started to play again.

"You can come to us anytime you want to play again" Xiao Lingxi said to Xiao Lu as she waved her hand towards her and then departed towards her father courtyard with others.

Reaching Xiao Lie's courtyard they saw Xiao Lie sitting with some new faces.

"Looks like we got some guests"
