Prologue

In this world there is no such thing as a happily ever after or life that we saw in any fairytales and that is what we learn when we were just a child.

Both me and my sister lost our parents in a car accident and after that we were left in an orphanage by our own uncle when he successfully stole all of our inheritance that our parents left for us.

Since then both me and my sister are always been close with each other and we learned to only trust each other.

We are glad that we met someone that helped the both of us complete all of our studies and we both successfully graduated in highschool.

When we were at the age of 18, the orphanage kick the both of us so we both work hard together to get through all of our hardship.

Both me and my sister was lucky enough to be hired in a small company as an office workers even if we are only a highschool graduate.

A few years later both me and sister had enough of money to move into our own house that we had been saving for a few years.

A few months later and we are now in the present, just like everyday I was busy arranging all the files when my sister walked towards my table.

"Axel..."

I turned my head to the right and saw my sister cheerful expression with a huge smile that can be seen through her face.

"What?"

I was already tired since I didn't get enough sleep because of this file so it was only a miracle to see that my sister is still energetic even though we had the same amount of work to do.

"It's already time to go, don't you want to go each some lunch?"

'What?'

I looked towards my clock in my table and check the time to my surprise it was already 11am.

"Ahh sorry I didn't notice the time."

I quickly apologize to my sister and she only sigh.

"Too much work?"

"Yeah."

I quickly get up and we both walked out of the company when we bumped into our colleagues worker, Jonathan and Denis.

"Hmm? Oh Axel and Ashley are you two going to the nearby restaurant too?"

Jonathan ask softly with a sweet and gentle smile on his face while Denis only looked at us with a calm and reserved look on his face.

Both Jonathan and Denis are the most popular members in our company while being the complete opposite with each other. Jonathan is an outgoing, sociable, and friendly person with a high self-esteem and is always energized while Denis on the other hand is quiet, reserved, and thoughtful person who doesn't enjoy spending time in a large group of crowd or people but his looks and mysteriousness made him to be found attractive by our other colleagues.

"Yep, we were just thinking on heading back home already."

I said with a smile but when I looked to my sister, I saw her making a huge teasing look in her face.

"Oh~ Are you two on a date or something?"

Ashley said teasingly that made Jonathan blush hard while Denis only blush lightly but we can see that he is trying so hard to hold himself together.

"Wha-what? how did yo-you know?"

Jonathan was blushing real hard so it made him stutter a little everytime he say a single word, I felt bad for the guy since he got caught in my sister's teasing hobby so I tried changing the topic of our conversation.

"So did you like the game that I told you to download?"

I ask that made me caught all of their attention and Jonathan looked at me with a calm expression on his face.

"Yeah I did, I let my sister play it to test it out and she said that the game itself is good but it lack some information about some certain events."

"Ahh is that so?"

Ashley said but she was a little bit curious since we never did finish the •<Prince True Ending>• so we are both curious on what piece of information or things is the game lacking.

"Hmmh, I did play it with Denis yesterday."

Jonathan said as he turn his head towards Denis which made Denis to be flustered a little.

"Yeah, all the characters are somewhat interesting but some just for me are lacking of personality and dialogue even the fight scene is much more harder because the character that we are playing at is always so easy to defeat with just a single attack."

Denis said seriously while maintaining his gentle and reserved thoughts and position.

'Yeah I also can say that the characters in terms of fighting skills can be describe as trash.'

"So who's your favorite character in the game?"

Jonathan said curiously but I can sense that he wanted to give this as a chance for him to tease us on whoever we choose as our favorite characters.

"Denis who is your favorite character?"

Jonathan first asked Denis as he looked at him with sweet and loving eyes that almost made me feel on how much of a single person I am.

"I think I'll go for Lionel Fourdillon, a son of a Count, since he is quiet, smart, responsible, and he is very good in his studies and swordmanship."

Denis answered very straightforward and serious that he didn't even hesitate to think about what will his answer will be but Jonathan only looked at Denis with passionate eyes when he answered, really this two make me feel on how single I am.

"How about you Ashley?"

Jonathan suddenly asked Ashley while I turned towards her and I can already tell on who is the person she will answer because I know for sure that character is not only her favorite but she is madly inlove with that character.

Ashley smirk as she pulled out a scrap book and opened it, I was not surprise on all the cut out picture that was glued inside the book.

"My favorite character is none other than my beloved, my one and only [Dianne Devallion], the villainess of the game!"

"Huh??? Why? Isn't she the villain of the game and also didn't she always threaten and bullies the heroine?"

Jonathan questioned Ashley as he was very concerned about my sister "favorite" character.

"You don't know but she is just a sweet woman in the inside beside I wish I was the heroine with every scene with her so that I can spend time with my beloved Dianne."

Ashley has a huge smile on her face as she hug her scrap book on his hand while Jonathan looked at her with a concerned look but when I look at him for a while I saw him making a disquieted look.

"Are perhaps what they call as masochist?"

Jonathan asked very concernedly that made Ashley to be startled and frighten a little of Jonathan sudden question while I only tried to hold up the urge to laugh.

"Ofcourse not you-you i-idoit! I just like her character and beside look that restaurant is just there!?!"

Ashley tried to play it cool to change the subject and she quickly ran towards the road to get out of Jonathan question but I suddenly saw a car speeding fast in the same direction of Ashley running.

"Ashley!"

I shouted in horror as I ran towards Ashley and push her out the road to save her from getting him by the car so I was the "only one" who get hit by the car.

Before I realize the scenery in my field of vision was quickly changing even if I didn't feel anything like pain in my body after I got hit by the speeding car but I can recognized that my current state is abruptly tumbling down very dangerously.

'I don't want to die like this but I just hope I save my sister...'

I can here the small commotions and shouting that is happening on my surroudings but I can't here in any of this my sister's voices that made me anxious a little of my thoughts that my sister might be in deep trouble or situatioon.

But to my surprise the scenery around me rapidly dimmed and I gradually lost my senses, I had a thought during my final breaths of my sister.

What if she also die in this situation?

What is she going to do now that I am gone?

Who would take care of my sister now that I am gone?

Will she be okay being alone now in this cruel world?

I happened to see a scenery inside my head, it was very peaceful and beautiful almost seems to be much more better than this world.

There were very tall and clean green grass that can be seen in this piece of land while I can see deep blue sea that seems to bit not far away from this place.

I can also see some that seems to be an airships flying through the sky and the wind was very relaxing to feel.

As I looked up, I saw a light shinning through the sky as I reached up towards where the light is, my consciousness faded away

When I regained my consciousness again, I was still leaning beside a large tree surrounded by a large lushly tall and green grown grass.

I quickly tried to examine my surrounding even if my head is still hurting a little, this place seems to be a lot similar to the scene that I had seen when I was taking my final breath.

I can here the large sound of the airships that was passing by through the sky and I can smell the scent of plantations that almost in every parts of my surrounding.

As I tried to lay down, I was attacked by a violent throbbing as I saw in my mind an unknown pictures of memory that I never did recognize.

I was sweating very hard with coldly sweat that was not because of the warmth of the sun and There was a pulsing pain in my core, and a unpleasant feeling as I sweated.

"Wha-What was that just now?!"

I got up in panic, when I suddenly remembered everything both my self as "Axel" and now currently as "Raphael Chevalier".

I was still in a daze when I saw a large airship flying through the sky as wind blew, the blades of grass drifted away, I thought that it was a wind since I never did thought that there is such thing like a large airship.

I looked up in the airship with full of antonishment while clutching my chest, my heart was still pounding fiercely and since my breathing wouldn't calm down either.

I quickly stood up and examined the airship which was silver color with hexagon shape.

Then I suddenly sense that someone is near me so I turned my head and saw a young girl leaning behind the still sleeping soundly.

From my memory this girl is supposed to be this original's body twins sister, Regina Chevalier, but her face seems to be a bit familiar then I suddenly realize.

"Ashley?!?"

I shouted real loud as the girl who was sleeping suddenly woke up in panic and was startled by my sudden shouting.

"Wha-What?! Wait that face....Axel?!?"

She was annoyed at first but when she looked at me and saw my face when I see her surprise look as she shouted my name loudly.

"How do you know it's me? Do I and this original body share the same face?"

I asked with full curiousity as she nodded that made me very amaze and antonish since I never did know that something like this can happen in real life.

"Ofcourse I know that ugly face of yours but there is only one different."

"Different???"

I was a bit dumbfounded by her answer but I realize that I seems to be a bit smaller than before....

'Wait don't tell me-'

"It's just you are much more younger, to be precise you turn are in a body form of a child."

"eh?"

"..."

"eh!!!"

◇■■A Moment Later■■◇

It's been a few minutes since when I found out that I become a child again and I still couldn't handle the fact that I have to endure again the pain of going back to school everyday starting today.

I can help but sigh however the thing that I am curious to know the most is why Ashley or should I say Regina is here, didn't I push her out the way before the speeding car hit her that cause me to die then why?....

"Ash- ehem I mean, Regina why are you here anyway?"

I almost call her up by her real name but since we are now occupying this body identity then that's mean we have to get use on calling each other by our current identity now.

"Hmm?"

Regina looked at me with calm with a little bit of puzzeled face.

"I mean didn't I was the one who got hit by the car then how did you-"

"Are you still asking me that?"

Regina face dimmed as she is smiling with annoyance and frustration but when she saw me making a confuse and puzzeled look, she can only sigh.

"I supposed that you didn't intend or know on what happened next so it's not your fault and I know that you are just trying to save me."

"...."

"But..."

"??"

"After you pushed me to get outside the road, I fall down on the ground due to the amount of force and strenght you put into that push so when I fall down my head accidentally hit a huge rock from the side that lead me to die and be sent here together with you again."

Regina statement about her death made me sad and frustrated a bit since I failed to save her...Sure I save her from getting hit by a car but it still led her to die in the end because of me....

My face darkened...Regina saw me making such a face so she can only sigh again and took my hand.

"Brother...it's not your fault so don't blame yourself and beside we are together again to have a second chance to live the best of our life together."

Regina gently smiled as I can only thank the person from above for giving me her as my sister from both the past and now.

"So what should we do now?"

I ask while Regina looked around and she seems to be searching for something and she thought for a moment ask me a question.

"Hmm....Brother Raphael, don't you think this world seems a bit familiar?"

"Yeah, you're right....Everything from this world base on Raphael's memory is similar from the game that we had played.."

"Does that mean-"

"Yeah, Its seems that we had been reincarnated to the game [Noble Dynasty] but it's just my own conclusion and we still don't have enough evidence to prove that."

I thought for a while and we seems to be lacking of evidence to prove this conclusion or theory of mine so we had no choice but to live our best life if possible then maybe we can really confirm my theory.

"We had no choice but to just try to live here to the fullest and wait for something to happen or maybe some event to see if the future event in the future is the same in the game."

"So you're saying that we should just wait and see if something does happen then we are going to check base on our memories of that game if we really are reincarnated inside the game as a nobody?"

"Mhmm~"

"That makes sense since we don't know anything yet about this world beside what we have in our current body memory."

Before we forgot, we notice that it is already near noon so we should go home to our current family's home before our current family get suspicious of us being gone for almost 3 hours.

Both me and Regina walked to the path that lead the direction of our home base on our memories that we just had when we got here.

As we are walking both me and Regina talked about our memory of this current body and we tried to remember every single bit of memory even if they are important or not.

"In my memory, I guess you are the still the oldest of the both of us in just ten minutes, by the way we have an older brother, right?."

Regina stop walking as I was recalling about our older brother in this world and I quickly remember him in this memory, his name is Ethan Chevalier.

"Yeah I just recall him just now and I think his name is Ethan Chevalier."

"Ethan, huh? I guess you are not the only older brother now."

Regina looked at me with teasing smile and suddenly I had the urge to punch her in the head because of her being annoying so I did punch her in the end.

"Owwh! It hurts you know!?!"

"I know.."

She yelled angrily while I can only smile with satisfaction.

While we are walking to go home we happen to see a young boy running towards us with a worried expression on his face while he was sweating because of running.

"Where did you two run of to? Don't you two know how worried we are after you two left without father's permission?!?"

I noticed that while he was saying those words I can see him holding his tears while making such a worried expression.

"Psst brother this must be older brother Ethan."

Regina whispered in my ears as I examined his looks and everything that he had are similar to what Raphael describe him in his memory.

"Brother Ethan we're sorry we are just very curious about outside so we left without saying anything or even asking for permission first."

We both apologize as Brother Ethan sigh and quickly looked at us as he tried hiding his worry and smile while also apologizing for yelling at us.

"Let's just go home father is worried sick about you two besides mother is also worried."

Brother took both of our hands and we continued walking to the straight path as we are walking we can only see a lot of trees and plantation surrounding us that we can only see some few other houses or anyone living here nearby.

"Brother, Why are we not allowed to go outside?"

Brother Ethan's body froze as he stop walking while I was also surprise to hear that Regina has the courage to ask such question that we know from our memory that both of this original body's owner never had the courage to ask.

"You see commoners are treated badly by the nobels and royalty so father wants our family to hide from being seen by the other people so that he can protect us because he doesn't want the both of you or us to experience such thing."

"Oh, so are we are a commoner brother?"

"Pretty much yeah."

Brother Ethan show a gentle smile as he try to explain things while also comforting the both of us. While we are much farther away from our house, Regina kept on asking question that almost irritate me.

"Then how do the nobles see us commoner brother?"

"I guess this is time to let the both you two know but the nobles use us commoners as a their own tools that they can just throw away if they want to."

We are both surprise and stunned since this thing is happening in this world this is just like having a slave but being called as a tools..

"Their own tools?"

"Yeah both men and women if you are a commoner you have no choice but to give in if you are choosen by a noble if you deny them then the result is death."

'It's better to be dead again than to be in this world.'

Both me and Regina looked at each other and had the same thought on our mind.

"Then what if a commoner is given a rank like a baron if they showed a great potential then what would happen?"

Brother Ethan laughed as explain the status of rankings and position of this world.

"Haha your just too young but in this world you see to a commoner ranking up is like pushing a large boulder and if you really want to rank up you can only be seen with great protential when you learn enough strong magic or swordmaship skills in your time in the academy."

"Magic is possible in this wor-?!?!"

When I heard Regina saying something, I quickly let go of Brother Ethan's hand and ran toward Regina and shut her mouth before she can finish her sentence and make Brother Ethan suspect us from her words.

"??"

"Brother looked we are already near our house."

I excitedly said as I pointed towards our house to distract him before he get suspicious about our movements and words just now.

"Hmm? Oh yeah!"

We all went inside our home as we see a handsome with well muscular man comforting a beautiful woman that from the look of the both of them seems to be a lot younger.

Wait isn't that-

"Mother! Father! I both found them safely."

Brother Ethan happily shouted as both father and mother looked at the both of us happily as father ran towards with relieved expression on his face.

Once he got close to us, he got on his knees and hug the both of us making a relieved expression while also being worried for us.

I was a bit confuse on why are they so overprotective I mean we know now that the nobles treat commoners terribly but does that mean that they should be so much overprotective about us?...

"Thank god they didn't find the both of you while I wasn't there."

"???"

Both me and Regina were surprise about what father has said and we had a lot question about what father meant of his word but before we can question him anymore our mother and Brother Ethan played it off as if father didn't say anything weird at all.

"Regina, Raphael you two must be tired then how about you go to your room, there would some things that I would like to talk to your mother and your brother."

Father said to us as he show us a kind and gentle smile but we had no choice but to follow his order so both of us went upstair to our rooms.

"Isn't something strange about our family?"

"Huh?"

Regina suddenly asked when we got near to our seperate bedroom.

"I mean why would they talk about something secretly without us."

"Hmm you have a point."

"Besides who's the "they" they are talking about...wait does that mean someone is threatening our family?!?"

Regina showed a worried and anxious look while we can't be really be sure if she really is right about that one but we can't just assume things.

"Don't thing about that...Besides we still don't know so we better just watch and pay attention to all of our parents and our brother movements for now before we made such conclusion."

"Yeah your right but we still need to keep our guards up if anything unusual happen."

It hasn't been one day since we came here and we are experiencing a lot of events amd mystery to solve, first if we are really reincarnated inside the game and then now our family has a secret that we need to know.

And that's where all of our story and our adventures in this world begin....from us being a former normal man on earth to a child born to a family and world full of secret.

....We wanted just to have normal life in this second life....

It would be better if we are reincarnated in our own world instead I guess....give us a goddamn break...
