Dirga and Andien stood back and let Ditya eat. He ate grudgingly, but he eventually finished it.
The day is giving way to night. The smell of raindrops on the dry ground began to greet the smell. Ditya bid Andien farewell. Andien entered her home and summoned her parents so that Ditya could return home right away.
"I'm leaving, sir and ma'am. Thank you very much for the meal."
"Where do you live, son?" Rosie inquired.
"Kalibata, ma'am."
"I see."
Ditya felt something tickle inside his nose at the time. A red liquid stained his fingers and palms as he reached out to touch it. Ditya was about to raise his head to look at the ceiling when Dirga stood beside him and held the back of his head.
"Look down, not up!" Dirga's command.
Andien handed Ditya a tissue and told him to press the bridge of his nose to stop the bleeding.
"Come on in, boy," said Andien's father.
It was raining heavily at the same time.
