Scars To A Playgirl

...Invincible yet broken, she played a dangerous game... Tiana Almirez is an illegitimate child born into a rich family. She is a smart girl with a case of low self esteem. Or at least she was. After she forms an unlikely relationship with a third generation heir from her school, who is every bit fun and screams 'trouble', that timid girl is transformed into a confident and strong playgirl. Unknown to most people, Tiana actually lives a double lifestyle. To others, she's an invincible girl with a perfect life but alone, behind closed doors, she's nothing more than a broken and damaged girl struggling with her failing mental health. Lucas Williams is a teenager who has dealt with his fair share of mental health issues. When he is transferred to a new school, he can't help but immediately notice the popular girl whose eyes were so desperately screaming the very thing he had wanted the people around him to hear when he was at his lowest, 'Save Me!' What happens when Lucas feels the need to help this girl? Will she appreciate his help? Or will she hate him for it? What can Tiana do when the new boy at school suddenly threatens to tear down her perfect mask? Will she be able to keep her facade going? Or will she find herself falling in love with the very boy she regarded her archenemy?

SUFFOCATING

Lucas' POV

I watched as Tiana got up from the table and headed for the geography section.

"Ah, she's grown a lot", I heard Miss Elaine say beside me.

I glanced at her.

"Miss Elaine?", I called slowly and she turned to look at me.

"I was just wondering, did Tiana come here frequently?", I asked.

She studied me for a moment through my glasses as if trying to decide whether and deserved an answer. She soon smiled at me and pushed her glasses up the bridge of her nose.

"Well not so frequently per say, just a handful of times. But she is easy to take note of. There weren't many others who came here that insisted on masks, you see.", she answered finally.

"She used to wear masks a lot then too?", I asked surprised and also yet very curious.

Miss Elaine nodded her head affirmatively.

"Her father too as well", she said and my ears perked up curiously at this information.

"She came with her dad?", I asked.
