"I am doing great, all thanks to certain someone!" Ivy said without even sparing a glance at Jake.

"Ivy!" Rose warned her.

"I didn't say anything wrong!"

Jake smiled awkwardly.

"Uncle , I bought apples for you!" Jake said handing over a box of apples to Rose. He changed the topic.

"Mom, I'm going! " Ivy said and took her bag.

"Ivy!" Rose said.

"I have a meeting to attend!"

"Ok, take good care of kids, especially Isha!"

Ivan's POV

Why is it so awkward? She's my sister! My sister who used console me when I cry, the person with whom I used to play with when I was a kid. But stil,l I feel like she is a stranger. She is not that old Ivy anymore. She doesn't smile like she used to. She has became a workaholic. She always goes to office early in the morning and return late.

She is avoiding Jake, no everyone!

"You lost?" Isha asked me. I shook my head and stuffed my mouth with scrambled eggs. I must say that she has became a really good cook.

"Rosh, contact Mr.Granger fo me." Ivy said to her secretary. Yes, she is working even while eating!

Mom and Dad was never like that! But…

I'm not afraid of her scar, 'cause I have been familiar with it from my childhood. I still remember how she cried that night. She still believe that Jake did this to her , but to be honest, I believe that he didn't do it! He said that his phone went missing that day.

And even if he wanted expose Ivy's scar, why would he use his phone and his own social media account? Why would he lie? I'm sure that he is not such an idiot! I'm sure that someone else is behind this! And I am not gonna spare that mother f***er!

It's true that I am more close with Isha than Ivy, but I love my both sisters equally! I still care for Ivy.

When we were young, she was 100 times more mature than me! She was the one who looked after me. I was a crybaby before Isha's birth. She was the one who would always console me by saying that mom will be home soon. Jake was the one who turned Ivy into an energetic girl. He won't do that to her…
