The fight ended with minato's death and hidden leaf being destroyed from middle.

Inside the cave where Kushina had given birth to her son. A women approached the blonde man
"Tsunade is Kushina okay?" The women with long spiky hairs a forehead protector written oil in it. Wearing a green yukata covered by her red coat
"She is not dead... atleast"
"What about Naruto?"
"He is healthy. Without any problem though I will say he has a large chakra probably because of Kushina"

"What happened to Minato and nine tails?"
"Minato died... And the nine tails is gone..."
"I see. So what are we going to do now?" Tsunade asked
