Chapter 9: Genin Training(3)

After returning to the Uchiha compound compound, first thing Sasuke do was, to rush straight to the kitchen to cleanse his palate, that was tortured.

'It felt so bad!' Sasuke yelled internally and mourned about the meal he ate while biting frozen tomato and thawing it with fire chakra to it.

For Sasuke, sweet food are kryptonite.

But for Sasuke, tomato are creator of happy moment.

So he calmed down by finishing all tomato in the freezer and went straight back to Naka shrine underground floor for new training material.

But before Sasuke begins, he was searching for all scrolls he has.

While he did have one of the best jutsu library, it would harder for to explain how he learned them compare to one he selected earlier.

Especially A rank jutsu which are quite rare to have which he officially did not own due to Hirzuen generosity for 'seeing the burden of

having it'.

'They have elemental chakra training, chakra generation record, so it would not be hard for them to make chakra control manual right?'

Indeed like he predicted, he found it out, however he gain additional information he did not thought about.

'Now it makes sense to have different

Training method since only Konoha and Kiri can do tree climbing and water walking.'

It explains unanswered questions Sasuke had.

'Suna used Sand grain counting to improve chakra control by infusing chakra into sand to maniupulate it and counting each grain of sand. The faster you do it the better is your chakra control.'

'While both Kumo and Iwa used mountain climbing method, where they just replace tree with mountain.'

He also learned how shinobi who knows C-A rank elemental jutsu practise chakra control and improve C-A rank elemental jutsu by increasing or decreasong strength, speed, size or range of the jutsu.

Sasuke was pleased to see but he only able to used the last one as he can't buy sand and can't go mountainous region without permission.

'Unless.....if I convince Kakashi.' Sasuke thought, while deciding line to say to him.

Unlike in OG anime, he was willing to train, thought he is not sure his reason, he decide not to pry too much.

'Sakura and Naruto proved me that no one here is completely static character that can not change or react differently.' Sasuke concluded after seeing drastic change from Sakura and Naruto, especially the Sakura who acting like a mother figure to Naruto.

It also confirm the unreliability of using canon events, but Sasuke already accepted it as butterfly effect is like nuclear fission, where a small spark cause so many reactions he no longer can control.

Sasuke can now navigate and used information he has to assist him.

'Its EMS time' Sasuke amused himself while looking at scroll that contain Light Release: Chakra mode.

After sun rise, Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura arrived at the nearby river Kakashi instructed them to come.

'Glad Sasuke recovered.' Kakashi grinned at Sasuke after remembering his pitiful face.

"Alright next exercise is simple, used chakra to walk on water.' Kakashi said nonchalantly.

"But I can't swim if I fall down." Naruto said with concern, only one who did not learn to swim.

Other have guessed it, so Sakura went with Naruto, leaving Sasuke and Kakashi to themselves.

"So Sasuke, is their anything you want to say?" Kakashi said, believing to be important by seeing Sasuke stern face.

Sasuke nod and show the chakra training method scroll to Kakashi and lied it was from his father.

Kakashi did not see anything important, as it just mention the usual training method he accustomed to, until he intrigued by the next method in the scroll.

For a solid 10 minutes, Sasuke was waiting for Kakashi, who engrossed with the scroll.

"Your father indeed had valuable information, too bad he passed away before giving it."

While at first glance it may not seem much, but for veteran like Kakashi knew how valuable this basic lesson to improve quality of shinobi who are left to death without being taught much in Genin corps.

Others have tried to improve it, before getting rejected by Hiruzen and Danzo who prefer current system where genius stand out as sore thumbs they can spot and take away while building loyalty to rest of masses.

So Kakashi appreciate Sasuke goodwill to share it, which he could withhold otherwise to advance himself.

"It best to claim it as yours as Naruto and Sakura would killed me for giving more training." Sasuke said with a fake nervous tone, making it sound he was doing for that reason and hoping not to gain any attention from Danzo or Hiruzen.

Kakashi however misundertood, believing he wish to help them as well but could not let go of his current arrogant and cold font.

'If Itachi did not massacre his own blood, maybe Sasuke would be more like my father.' Kakashi recalled his father who was always willing to help others without letting others know about his deeds.

"Fine, just don't run away as none of them are easy." Kakashi smiled, genuinely for a long time after he left Anbu.

Sasuke nod and internally sigh in relief, pleased he is not gaining attention by the elder council, while ignorant of misundertanding he brew in Kakashi mind.

After a while Sakura and Naruto came.

"Alright let me be clear, just like yesterday you have to walk by hand and foot, however it would be more difficult so don't overstress today and take plenty ofnbreaks." Kakashi concluded before disappearing.

"Got to learn that jutsu." Naruto said, intrigued by the prospect of using it to improve his pranks, before he got hit by Sakura for having that thought.

After Naruto recovered from the punch, they all three begin their training.

"Good thing I learned swimming." Naruto and his clone his summoned earlier was now floatong in water after they failed faster than he imagined.

Sakura tried to stand on water before falling while Sasuke used both Sharin no hensō and Bunseki to learn to stand before falling quickly.

'Oh shoot, it harder to use them while standing on water.' Sasuke thought, since amount of Chakra to stand was even higher especially since river is flow quick fast and current are unpredictable which is difficult if he wants to use Sharin no hensō and Bunseki at the same time.

Knowing his capability was tied down to it, he decide to use info he got from Bunseki and reduce time he needed to use both of his special ocular ability next time.

Fortunate for them, training from yesterday has improve their chakra control, they were able learn to stand on water after a few more minutes of struggling.
