End.

Rina

Rina was frozen in the same spot as shock coursed through every inch of her body. She blinked once, because the sight before her felt like it was just her mind playing games with her.

"Cat got your tongue, sister?" Dax hurled at Rina, voice dripping with so much venom. Beside him, Sara let out a cracks witt her head thrown back, while still plastered against Dax's body.

As Rina stared at them, she silently wondered how she never got to notice anything between them. She had thought they were just acquaintances, and that she was the reason for that. She never could have guessed that they've been fucking each other behind her back.

"What is the meaning of this?" Rina asked after about a minute, a sense of urgency returning to her as soon as she remembered that she was supposed to currently be on the run.

"I dont have time for this right now, I have important, urgent things to do." She continued as she walked towards the motorbike.

Dax instantly felt annoyed at the realization that he sister still wasn't taking him seriously even though he was currently pointing a gun at her. He had always felt inferior to her since the moment he grew older and noticed how Rina always came first, while he was always a second choice.

An after thought.

He cocked his gun loudly just as his sister was about to get on the motorbike.

"Well, dear sister, you won't need to run for your life, because it's ending tonight." Dax informed her, watching as Rina turned around and looked him up and down, eyes lingering on Sara only for a moment, and that irked Sara so much.

It had bruised her ego immensely at the fact that Rina hadn't been that affected by her infidelity like she had hoped. She assumed she had gotten into Rina's heart enough for that to happen, and it bruised her ego when Rina seemed completely unfazed and already seemed like she had moved on in just a day.

A true villainess at heart.

Sara thought bitterly as she stared at the woman who had ruined her entire life.

Sara had been planning towards today for months, and right now, she was bursting with excitement. She still couldn't believe that everything had worked out this smoothly.

"What do you want, Dax?" Rina demanded, exsparated and she watched as her brother scoffed.

"I want your life." He responded flatly and this time, Rina found herself laughing.

"This is a serious situation, Dax, and I really don't have time for this–" Rina was still speaking when her brother cut her off.

"I want your life! I want to take it. I want to kill you because you ruined my entire life!" Dax hurled out and Rina was taken aback by the outburst.

Dax was heaving for breath and trying to control his emotions, he felt extremely angry. He had been look forward to this day for a long time. He had imagined how this encounter was gonna go a thousand times, he imagined that she'd be on her knees for him, pleading for forgiveness.

Now that today has finally come, she still wasn't taking him seriously.

"Wow, you're actually being serious." Rina said the exact words that appeared in her mind as she regarded her brother.

"You ruined my life. I had potential, I had the zeal, the talent, the everything, but your existence ruined my life. Because of you, our parents never paid my any attention, never gave me the chance to join the family business, they just threw me in a business school and suggest I learn how to become a spy." Dad hurled at a shocked and confused Rina.

"I thought you chose to become a spy yourself."

"I didn't! I was asked to. It was either that or not be involved in the family business at all." Dax responded and this time, Rina rolled her eyes.

"Uh, so? That's it? That's why you wanna kill me? That doesn't even sound logical enough." Rina snorted out with a scoff and that grated on Dax's nerves even more, prompting him to cock his gun once again.

"I've hated you for a really long while. With you out of the question, the family legacy will fall on my shoulders and I'd be able to finally become a villain." Dax continued.

"So you hadn't been bluffing this morning on the phone. Let me guess, you're the one who ruined my entire life and put it all over the Internet." Rina continued, mouth twisting in distaste as everything finally clicked in her head.

Dax grinned and nodded at Sara. "With help for my genius, of course."

Rina glanced at Sara this time and for the first time, she let herself dwell in regret over sparing Sara's life that particular night.

"So, what's in this for you as well?" Rina asked Sara who rolled her eyes and pointed at her chest.

"Revenge. For my family! That night; those people you killed hadn't been maids, they were my parents, you murdereous freak!" Sara accused and slowly, it clicked ih Rina's mind, making a whole lot of sense.

"Hm. So you stayed with me for months to plan your revenge? Was that how you met my brother? Did you both bond over your shared hatred for me? Cause that would be quite flattering, even though that's most certainly not a first for me."

"Shut the hell up, Katerina! You're getting killed tonight so I'd advise you start saying your prayers." Sara yelled and Rina rolled my eyes before dropping her stuff and walking towards her.

"I'd rather start planning your funeral instead, Sarafina." Rina drawled out while silently cursing as soon as she realized that her daggers weren't currently on her.

"Well, too bad you won't be alive to see that happening." Dax responded this time, although he didn't expect that his sister would change directions and start walking towards him in the next moment till she was in front of him, gun pressing against her throat.

"Okay, brother. Now, shoot. I dare you." Rina breathed out and her brother's eyes widened, heart accelerating. He had imagined shotting his sister a countless times but now that she was here, he was unable to pull the trigger.

After a few moments passed, Rina threw her head back and crackled loudly.

"Fucking pussy, that's what you are, Dax, and this was why our parents wished they birthed a second me instead of you."

Anger coursed through Dax's brain but before he could do anything, his sister was kneeing him in his dick and wresting the gun out of his grip, and in the next second, the cold barrel was pressed against his forehead.

Rina crackled over how fucking easy that had been, but she couldn't dwell on that for long because she was being shot in the side twice, sending all the wind right out of her lungs.

When she glanced sideways, Sara stood with a grin on her face.

"Well, I'm clearly not a pussy." She announced just as the strength began to slowly drain from Rina as blood poured from her side. It took a few seconds for Dax to get out of his trance, and as soon as he did, he let out a horrified scream, panic shrugging through his chest as he watched his sister collapsed to the ground.

He retrieved the gun from his sister's limp hand and shot Sara in the stomach just as she was about to gloat once again. The word she had been about to say got drown out in the soundless scream she let out before she dropped dead.

The gun slipped out of Dax's hands as he crawled towards Rina and cupped her face, shaking her frantically.

When she blinked her eyes open, a small grip settled on her face as she struggled to speak. The sight of her brother crying right now was comical to her, because she remembered him admitting to ruining her life because he hated her.

"Fucking pussy, should'a killed me when you could… now you'd forever be a fucking chicken." Rina slurred out through the pain burning through every inch of her body.

She could feel the life draining out of her, but she still used her last strength to grip her brother's throat, choking him and watching as he coughed and struggled to get out of her grip.

As the life slowly slipped out of Rina, the hand around a choking Dax slid off and limply dropped to the ground, leaving a wide eyed Dax to stare down at his dead sister who still has her eyes open.

All Dax could hear in his mind, was his sister's voice calling him a fucking pussy, and he knew without a doubt, that it was gonna haunt him for the rest of his life.

Once the life fully drained out of Rina's body, she found herself floating, lighter than a feather.

As she stared at her brother sobbing while being bent over her body, she shook her head in disgust.

If this was who planned on carrying their family's legacy on moving forward, he's gonna fail woefully. Rina thought to herself, because his first sign of weakness wasn't him crying over her dead body, but was when he shot Sara for shooting her. And there Sara had been, thinking Dax and herself were in love or something, but that clearly hadn't been the case since he had killed her without flinching.

Rina wished her life hadn't ended just yet. Then she'd have taught her brother and Sara a lesson they'd never ever be able to forget.

With that thought in her mind, Rina floated away, to nowhere in particular.
