Marmin had gone to the lengths of borrowing a certain power from a shaman that had passed through their settlement. And this ability helped him travel to anywhere just with his consciousness while his body remained behind wherever it was.
The business between the shaman and Marmin had happened like it had been orchestrated by the universe -- at least that was what Marmin thought. Marmin saw their encounter as validation for what he had been wanting to do and what had occupied his mind lately.
Since all the ruckus had been going on in the Sandulf settlement and the attack that Saku had planned against the humans hadn't been put in motion yet, something else took over Marmin's thoughts.
