Fujimoto didn't speak another word at the duo.  I guess I should just let them do what they want. It's not like they'd change their mind if I spoke to them. Let's leave them for now. Still, I hope their conclusion was correct. Fujimoto politely bowed down, excusing himself from the two after they so vehemently rejected what he said. 

Lily and Short looked at each other in bewilderment. They knew Fujimoto is a casual block owner and they rarely saw him get angry. Still, what he overheard and what they said would've been enough reason to get frustrated. Yet after all that, Fujimoto just went away without speaking another word. From a short distance, they saw Fujimoto urging the guards to open the block entrance for the two of them. After saluting, the guards hurriedly rushed to the entrance and opened it. They didn't even urge Lily and Short to go inside the block, they just waited until they entered before closing it.
