Chapter 7

We pulled up to a 2 stories building and it was wide, Ann got out of the car first and opened the door and I got out and grabbed Kia´s hand we stood there awhile Ann was opening the trunk and I walked over and grabbed mines and Kia´s stuff I gave Kia his bag and I put my sports bag on my shoulder and I walked behind Ann when she was walking up to the building

She grabbed the handle and opened it and hold it for us and we both walked in and there was an older man sitting at the front desk and the lady walked passed him and when we were passing him he looked up and stared at us and the lady said so I will show you to your room, you will be sharing a room with 2 other girls about your age and then I said what about Kia and she said he will be in a different room with other kids his age and I said wait he can't shear a room with me just for a while she said he cant rules then she said sorry

We got to Kia's room and I said my goodbyes and I hugged him and I put a bracelet on him the one I was making In the car and showed him mine and he smiled it was matching then I got up and walked with Ann to my room

When we entered there were bunk beds a girl was reading and when she saw me she moved her certain then Ann said she is kinda men and then another girl climbed down from her bunk and said waved and said hello my name is Angelica and then I smiled at her and said hello my name is Violet and she said cool your name is after a flower and I said yeah then Ann said so I will be leaving now and then I said ok then Angelica said so do you want a top or bottom I said I will take the bottom she said cool you will be under me

I started to unpack my clothes in my wardrobe it was a small one, then I started to make my bed with some blankets and sheets I got from my grandma, then Angelica asked why do you have new stuff I said I was with my grandma for a while and she let me get stuff then she said wait why didn't you stay with your grandma or some of us don't have a family to ask for stuff she started to get mad than the other girl said Angelica stop asking her personal questions she said fine and climbed up her ladder and then I said thanks she said nothing and I assumed she kept reading

*RING* I got up nearly hit my head and then I hear Angelica and the other girl getting up and then I asked the other girl what's happing and he said dinner then Angelica looked at me and said sorry about before I said it's fine and she said really ha and she grabbed my hand and said let's run there I said no it's ok and smiled and she said ok ill save you a set and ran off I asked a kid next to me where are the 4 or 5-year-olds he said oh they already ate they eat first then I said oh ok

I grabbed my food and I was about to sit down alone the I hear Angelica yelling my name I looked up and saw Angelica standing up and the other girl sitting across from her I walked over to them and said yeah then Angelica said are you going to sit with us then I said sure I sat down and started to eat then Angelica said oh you don't know her name pointing at the other girl then I said oh yeah I don't then Anglica said her name is then she said Ill say it and she said my name is Alex then I said Hello Alex she said ok yeah and started to eat

Another bell ringed and then Angelica said that is the bell is for us to stop eating and we have 2 hours to hang out around the building she said while she was getting up got up and I said so can I go to where the little kids are at and then she said I don know I never asked but you can ask one of the staff pointing at an old lady then I said thanks then Angelica said so do you have like a sibling here to then I said yeah then she said ok see you in the room when the brake is over then I said ok bye

I walked up to the old lady and she said yeah then I said can I go and see my brother in he is with the little kids she said, yeah but only for a little bit I said thanks I ran to his room when I knocked on the door and a little boy answered I said is Kia here he said no he play I said do you know where he pointed to another door and it had windows so you can see into the room

I looked through the window and saw Kia playing with a little girl and I walked through the doors quietly and Kia looked up and he ran up to me and said look pointing to his blocks the little girl turned around and said hi I waved at her and said hi then she smiled and turned back around and started to stack the blocks then I said you have friends then he said yes and pointed at the little girl I heard someone try to whisper at me I turned around and
