Even though the rest of the car ride was silent after the argument that Walter and Mike had, the latter was still unable to get any sleep. He was even starting to second-guess his decision to come along with the other person. He was odd and didn't seem like he was someone who deserved his trust so easily even though he had given it without a second thought.
He would have to reevaluate doing this type of thing in the future in order to avoid getting into trouble.
The alpha still had no clue as to where the other was taking him. Despite how light it was outside, the tinted windows gave off the illusion that it was closer to nightfall than daybreak. It messed with his sense of time a lot which he didn't like. Almost everything that had been going on was part of something that he didn't like.
