More of Shonen Nonsense

The pinkhead Princess looked at the massive trees in front of her with awe.

Never before had she seen such a massive thing, as Alex described before, it was something similar to mega flora back in prehistoric times!

Massive trees, she can barely see what is inside this forest thanks to the treetops blocking the sunlight.

Speaking of sunlight, it was like Alex told her before, the sun was on the east side indicating that it was morning.

"Well, are you fit to exercise?" Her Boyfriend asked curiously.

Julis slightly blushed hearing that, she was quite… baffled by her previous actions.

She doesn't know from where such amount of lust has manifested, the girl only came to one conclusion and that is her counterpart's repressed desires which manifested after watching her boyfriend pretty much dominate the PE class.

Hopefully, it won't going to happen again, as she felt VERY satisfied after it.

While a small part of her was conflicted, before going all rabbit-in-heat on Alex, now she didn't care anymore.

After what she did the last crumbles of resistance were gone…

"I am, it seems my body is fully healed here." Julis slightly stretched while saying that.

"Very well, should I update your status before we start?" Alex asked her.

"Why not? You haven't done it in the past few days…" The pinkhead casually shrugged then lifted her tunic shirt off showing off her back.

Alex slighly gulped down realising that she had no bra in this place!

'Goddam! This is going to be difficult!' The teen grimaced for a second, one side of him was in heaven about this, while the other realised that it going to slow down his training!

He quickly updated her stats, observing closely the increasing numbers…

"Well?" She asked curiously.

"Your Endurance increased by three times." He said with a barely hidden smile.

The pinkhead rolled her eyes. But, there was a visible blush on her cheeks, how could she not be embarrassed after all that?

"Anyway, since you are here. First, we should train up your fire powers." Alex proposed.

"Hmm, yes, still we should be careful as we only have one set of clothes right?" She said that while remembering their situation.

"Yeah, I wasn't planning anything too destructive for this dive." He shrugged casually at her.

"Hmm, I can give you this book on magical energy, it should help you get the hang of its manipulation, I will start training my Sacred Gear and Lightning Force while you get the hang of your Fire powers, and then we will head into the forest."

Alex said that while summoning his phone and then the book.

Julis took it from him and then inspected it, the book had several hundred pages.

She then sighed, she could speed read something like this in one day, but… that's not the point.

She was sighing is the point that her boyfriend asked her to read a book which can take some people to finish in a couple of days of non-stop reading.

And he told it casually! Her life continues to become more and more weirder!

'Well, I accepted it back in that weird realm...I should not complain…'

So, with another sigh, she found a place to sit and started to read it, soon enough she got sucked in by the content and forgot about the outside world.

Alex saw this and could only shake his head, and here she was complaining about him getting sucked into something yet she does the same thing!

Without much thought, he summoned his Starling Blue and started shooting at the tree while experimenting with energy output…

Julis finished the book in one sitting when she got up from her sitting position she nearly collapsed as she realised that she had probably sitting on the ground for a couple of days!

At that moment a horrifying thought washed her over, she completely lost herself there! She did remember lifting her head and looking at Alex and his training. But, she would always have this feeling that he only did it for a couple of minutes…

'I should not trust my biological clock in this place! It does not work at all!' She slowly got up on her feet, how did she miss her legs going limb?' The girl slowly but surely got her legs back under control.

"So, you noticed?" Alex walked over to her.

"That my biological clock is out of commission?" She asked with an eye roll.

"Yes, now you know why I get stuck in this place without realising how much time has passed." He said with a smile.

"Hmm, yes I can understand, that's why for the next dive we bringing a clock to this place." She mentioned something he already was planning on getting in this place.

"It is already on the list of getting when we go shopping next time," Alex mentioned but, Julis had a confused look for a second.

"Don't you have all those managers on the quick dial?" She asked curiously.

That moment Alex got several flashbacks…

"Right… damn! I completely forgot about them!" He facepalmed.

Julis shook her head, how one forget that he was super-rich?

"It's that homely house we live in which gives me that simple idea of what we have average income!" He explained to her after seeing how she looked at him.

The pinkhead at that moment grimaced for a second, it was her counterpart's idea of getting an average house instead of a fancy villa just outside the town.

The reason is very simple, materialistic things will get in the way of her and Alex's relationship. So, it's not needed.

So, they got a simple house with a lot of state of art furniture and that was it…

"Even so, you have to check the other phone of yours, there should be some email you have to answer, I don't want everyone to think that it's me who is holding you back and that you can't answer them." She said with a deadpan look, everyone around their household believes that if Alex is not responding it's Julis' fault.

"Right… you counterpart Yandere tendencies…"

Julis just huffed hearing that, it's not her fault the stupid cards made her counterpart like that!

"Anyway, the book was interesting and it gave me some ideas which will allow me to recreate some of the techniques similar to my Strega powers." The pink head switched the theme of conversation as she handed over the tome back to Alex.

"Nice to hear, you going to get back your 'Burst to Bloom'?" He asked curiously with a smile.

The pinkhead quickly looked away, after receiving memories of her counterpart she learned what is a Chunni and what it means…

Yes, the girl was now embarrassed to say the name of her attacks loudly!

'It sounded much better when I first came up with them!' One side of her commented.

'There's nothing wrong when you say that in your rebellious years, but you are 17 now!' Another side said to her which made her groan for a second.

"No, maybe one day…" She said that while looking away with embarrassment, she would rather have a long snogging session than speak about this!

"Well, it's your choice…" He shrugged slightly disappointed that he won't be able to tease her.

He doesn't realise that soon enough he will end up on the receiving end of her teasing for the same thing…

"Can you tell me how to access the Sacred Gear?" She asked him while remembering the blue bow he had, it was time to change the theme of conversation for real!

"Sure, just imagine using the most incredible power you can come up, with and try 'pulling it out' from deep within you."

She nodded at this very simple even boring way of calling the gear out.

After a few tries, Julis was holding white flames in both of her hands.

"Interesting… they are much more powerful than any other flames I used before." She said that while remembering her trying to create different flames back in the day.

Not that it was easy to use scientific theories with Prana. But, here… it was a completely different thing.

With how many different energies there are in this place it's not impossible to create stronger flames.

She already holding one in her hand.

"You could try recreating the flame with your magic, it would improve your pyromancy." Alex casually offered a way to improve, before continuing.

"As there are Gear Cancellers in this world, it means it could just cancel your Sacred Gear leaving you without one until it's turned off or out of its range." He explained about one pesky weakness the gears possess.

"Right, of course. Even so, it will not going to be easy to do that." The pinkhead said with a thoughtful look.

"It won't, you remember what happened to me, I spent around two years here trying to recreate Lightning with magic energy." He said with a sigh.

"Yes, I know. But, that where you used raw magical energy without proper control method over it, that's where Magic circles come to play." She explained with a sign, her boyfriend can be a blockhead sometimes.

"So, I will try that our next dive as I have not finished the previous book." She explained her short-term plan.

"For now I train my pyromancy and Sacred Gear as it is."

Alex just nodded at her, he will continue to train his Lightning Force as well.

Julis with slight awe looked at Alex who was sitting on the ground some distance away.

The awe was because of the amount of static electricity around him, she could see a snake created from lightning travelling to one side then quickly changing directions to another.

What she saw was not some simple discharge from his Electrokinesis or Lightning created from magic what she saw was on a level above that.

'Isn't this considered at the level of Epic Rank?' The pinkhead said to herself as she remembered that the Sitri Clan possessed Water Manipulation, and what Alex did was Lightning Manipulation.

According to the Lottery Wheel ranking system, Devil Magic is an Epic Rank.

'Well, with all those lightning-based abilities, it's no wonder he achieved this…' Julis thought about this, the only reason he could achieve this without much failure was because of Electrokinesis, his body naturally created Electricity and Lightning, granting him natural resistance to the element, even assisting in understanding and controlling it.

While her Pyromancy is nowhere near that helpful or assisting, she can still easily burn herself with fire.

Julis continued to observe Alex for a few more minutes before he snapped open his eyes and lightning rushed into the tree trunk creating another slash, indicating that another hour had passed.

The girl looked at three trunks and counted the slashes.

"This makes close to two weeks." She said to him while slowly walking over, the moment she passed a certain point she felt an electrical shiver passing through.

"Yeah, want me to update your stats?" He asked her after stretching his limbs.

"Yes, I want to see how much I improved over this time." She nodded while turning around.

'Shonen and their BS power-up, it's not genetic, isn't it? More like a mental state, I believe. So, will I get something similar if I get Booster Gear?'

'Ddraig did brag about how important emotions are to their species….' He hummed for a second before telling Julis her stats.

"Well, from your voice I can guess that I am doing well!" She said with a slight teasing voice.
