The Devil Council watched attentively as I prepared to address questions and dispel doubts lingering in the air. My expression was calm, but inside, a whirlwind of emotions stirred. I knew that every word I spoke could determine the fate of my revolutionary proposal.

"Ancestral Bael, Maou Beelzebub, I thank you for giving voice to the doubts that linger in the minds of many here," I began with a respectful nod. "Allow me to clarify some points. The Diabolic System Project aims to unite our race and strengthen all of us, facing the challenges that the future holds." I affirmed to everyone again.

"Well said, young one. But I would like to know specifically, why the black mark and the power of darkness? Why its creation? And its benefits? And increasing fertility?" The Grand King asked, contemplating the use of the mark.

"The mark itself is activated subconsciously when one starts to use the power of darkness. It enhances all latent capabilities of the body, including strength, agility, dexterity, recovery, and regeneration. Healing has its limits, of course; if you lose your skin, it can regenerate through natural healing, but with the black mark of dark power, it will recover and make you stronger. If you lose a piece of your leg, it won't regenerate; it can only reconnect the lost part. Later, for better recovery of broken bone and cut muscle, I recommend using the Phenex tear. And, so to speak, we have a flaw that we will die when we exceed the age of 10,000 years, more or less. But with the system, this will cease to exist. We will have no age limit, just like gods or angels. And finally, I embedded a fertility-controlling sexual magic in it, meaning I elevated it to a level similar to the human race." I finished explaining everything they needed to know about the benefits of the demonic mark.

Murmurs of agreement echoed in the chamber, but it seemed that everyone was not entirely convinced.

"Who will administer this system, you? And how the hell will it connect to the system? I don't think you're strong or powerful enough to maintain it," a disdainful voice spoke, clear envy on his face, expressing a desire to steal the system for himself.

"Lord Naberius, being a super devil, I would have more capability than anyone else. I dare say that I will most likely surpass the current Lucifer as well as Beelzebub. If you don't believe me, why not ask the Maou to feel my Diabolic power. But honestly, I don't want to waste my time possibly becoming the fifth Satan/Maou. That would take up too much of my time. After all, I'm 11 years old, a few months away from turning 12. So knowing this, I created an artificial intelligence called Ars Goetia. It administers the system, keeping everything together. Its sole purpose is to maintain and care for the devil race." I asserted strongly to everyone present. But then, I continued talking about the system. (A/N: what he didn't tell is that he can absorb power as the main and do something like a genki-dama... he also learned to convert negative and positive energy...)

Beelzebub, using his Kankara formula, simply nodded.

"Indeed. He's above Satan class. He is a newly awakened super devil. I believe he must be getting used to his true form, not yet so proficient in it," Beelzebub affirmed. "Very well. Continue, young Phenex." Beelzebub said with a smile.

"Very well, Lord Naberius spoke about the system's connection. It's quite simple. How do you think the Celestial System was able to catalog humans as well as angels and devils? Everyone is descendants of certain people, like Lucifer, Lilith, Adam, Eve, and God. It can use genetic material along with magic to locate all its descendants and know who deserves, for example, the Sacred Gear. In our case, all we need is to connect to the descendants of Lucifer and Lilith. After all, we are all their descendants." I affirmed, addressing a doubt from the current Lord Naberius who was trying to find problems, probably out of envy, considering he had been researching super devils for 200 years and found nothing.

"Any other questions?" I asked everyone, looking around to see if anyone had any questions.

"I would like to know about the Asauchi and then what the Metal Vessel Amon Djinn showed. Are they basically living beings, like artificially created souls?" Beelzebub asked, interested in how he created life out of nothing.

"Firstly, about the enhanced Asauchi I mentioned in the case of the Metal Vessel Amon Djinn. The Asauchi is a sword designed to incorporate a blank spirit into it, so that by absorbing its power, it becomes something else. Of course, it takes an average of 700 years to obtain a Longinus-level weapon. And the power is not always as desired. As for Djinn, you don't need the soul to absorb its energy; it's already formed. All you need to do is earn the right to wield it and learn to wield it. But we want to control evolution and shape our destiny. Not leave it to chance and have a weak ability."

The council members nodded, but their expressions remained serious, indicating that they expected more than just words.

"The Djinn. These entities are not just manifestations of power but voluntary partners who, by inhabiting the swords, share their knowledge and abilities. Regarding the creation of life, let me clarify that I am not usurping the role of divine creation. We are giving life to a form of existence that serves the purpose of strengthening our race."

The silence in the room was almost palpable as I spoke, but the critical gaze of the council members did not waver. The implications of these words indeed meant creating life. Beelzebub interrupted, asking:

"So, using your power, did you indeed create life?"

"That's right. We have seen gods using their divinity to create life. But until now, we can only make golems. But I ask you back—Lucifer and Lilith did not create life. Why the hell can they, and I can't? So, yes, I did. I am capable of that now." I asserted without any inflection in my voice. I was just stating a fact.

Everyone was silent, contemplating what Riser had said, as well as Maou Beelzebub, who was muttering some things to himself.

"As for the Akuma no Mi? How were they used?" Beelzebub asked, curious about how he created life out of nothing.

"The Akuma no Mi. These fruits were designed to harness cursed and diabolical energy, mitigating the weaknesses they originally possessed. As for categories and limitations, I sought to balance the power, ensuring that obtaining two fruits would normally result in the user's death. But then I updated it to only not grant the power of the second fruit. This is a carefully planned system to prevent abuse."

A whisper ran through the room as I continued to detail the benefits of the Diabolic System Project. The councilors now seemed more engaged, pondering the possibilities and implications.

The air in the room had changed. Some previously stern expressions now showed a glimpse of interest. Murmurs among the councilors increased as they began to discuss among themselves.

"Young Phenex, your answers were enlightening, but how can we ensure that this system is not corrupted or used against us?" questioned the Grand Duke in the shadows, his voice laden with suspicion.

"A valid concern. We will establish safeguards and rigorous protocols to prevent abuses. Furthermore, the system can be attached to the votes in this Devil Council chamber, as the artificial intelligence is there. All we need is transparency and accountability." (A/N: obviously, the artificial intelligence prioritizes and always prioritizes Riser and his family...)

The answers seemed to calm some of the distrust, but there was one last obstacle to overcome. It was the vote of the devil councils. A heavy silence hung in the air. Their impassive faces made me tense, but I couldn't let it show.

Finally, Zekram Bael spoke:

"Well done, lad." He responded wisely. "The Council will deliberate. We will await the decision shortly. Please wait outside; someone will call you once the result is chosen." Zekram Bael stated as if he were the one in charge here.

(A/N: Hey, guys, I wanted to show you that the council members are pompous. But they wouldn't go screaming like crazy. Stop and think, they are over 1000 years old. Most members are very old. They can control their emotions. We have Riser playing with the desires of becoming stronger with the Djinn spirits.
