Force is everywhere.
The application of force is in everything people do, if he could accumulate and absorb the force into his body just how strong would he be?
There were different levels of force, he didn't know much about their levels, but he knew the minuscule day-to-day application that they do is a small level of force.
The application of fighting uses a medium type of force, but it depends on the fighters, and a high level of force according to him is a natural disaster.
He had figured out a path as a warrior on his own, it might be dangerous later on, and would probably waste countless resources, but the outcome would be accessible to him.
Force can be applied to different aspects of life, different aspects of his fighting style but he was limited due to his shallow knowledge.
But his technique was an application of force, still shallow but it was something great, he couldn't fully control the force in his body at the moment because of lack of experience in that matter.
So he had two problems for the moment, to strengthen his body and to learn how to control the force efficiently in his body, and to do that he would have to learn how to control his body as well.
The city lord who was still shocked about Anita's talent fell on his seat, that power that Daniel had just shown far surpassed a medium-level awakener.
Not focusing on his arm he turned to face Anita, he saw her staring at him stricken face.
He wanted to give up on the competition due to the enlightenment he just had, but he knew he had to get the first-place reward if he had to grow stronger.
He took a deep breath and then attacked, Anita could see him coming all she wanted to do was dodge. "What if he could launch an attack on that level or slightly lower, wouldn't I die," she thought.
She clearly refrained from fighting as that show of power still scarred her, and then she heard a voice in her head.
"You don't have to win the first place, you have done good enough," her master spoke.
When she heard that she immediately gave up and left the stage, she didn't even want to stay there a second later as she rushed off the stage.
Daniel was left confused as to why she left the stage, if they continued fighting and she was in that form she would be the winner as all the force in his body had been exhausted.
But regardless of her reasons, he was happy that he had won, Anita who was back in the sitting area felt incredibly weak.
Five minutes had passed since she entered that state, leaving her incredibly weakened as the after-effect.
The commentator lady stood back on the stage, as she announced the winner.
"The winner of the warrior stage is Daniel" she announced as the crowd cheered, out of all the fights they liked his own in particular, leading to a loud set of cheering.
By this time the day was already dark as midnight neared.
"The awakening process would be started in two hours by midnight," she announced.
Daniel left the stage to get his arm and arrow wound treated, while some people in the crowd left the coliseum due to midnight nearing.
Anita left the coliseum and walked into one of the houses on the street, sitting inside was a man neatly dressed.
Just seeing the quality of his clothes and the designs in them, you would know that he wasn't from this city, the dress he wore was higher than most of the dresses made here.
He sat as he read a book, with a coat covering his body, he had totally white afro hair a little beard on his face, and a monocle in his left eye.
He looked like he was in his mid-thirties as he sat down reading a book with a cup at his side.
"Master I have returned," Anita said as she walked in.
He glanced at her and let out a smile, "Welcome back, you've done good" he said.
"You shocked me with your last performance today, since when could you enter that state," he asked taking a sip of the tea in his cup.
"I had entered it once before, two days before the ceremony, I wanted to give you a surprise," she replied.
A surprise hmmm…
Well let me surprise you, from today henceforth you'll be an in-name disciple of mine.
Anita was joyful as she heard his words, she knew the amount of resources it would take for her to become significantly stronger, it would be a burden for her to bear alone, but now that she had a master she would be relieved of those expenses, and would also have someone to teach her the skills of mages.
"What is the name of the boy you just fought recently?" he asked.
"His name is Daniel, is something wrong?" she hadn't seen her teacher enquire about anyone else since he came to the city, so she asked sounding worried, still scared of what happened during their fight.
"Take note of him, and don't think much of this fight later on you are just at your starting level, in two months you'll be able to defeat him squarely," he said.
"Ok master I'll be leaving now, the awakening ceremony will be starting soon," Anita said.
When she left, he sat there thinking about Daniel.
As a high-level mage, he could feel elements in the air emanating from someone or an object, that was how he could take his genius disciple Anita before she could go to the big cities and find other masters.
But in the fight Anita had against Daniel he could feel nothing at the same time feel everything, he just didn't understand.
He felt Daniel was not there but there at the same time, he felt like something was misleading his spiritual senses so he had gone to the coliseum to take a look.
He could see Daniel but felt no element from him which was strange, at first he thought that a strange beast had entered the city but when he checked it and saw Daniel he left the matter.
At the Coliseum, the two moons filled the night sky with lights, and there were some lights at the edge of the place.
The two moons were almost meeting, which was a sign of midnight.
All the contestants stood on the stage as the city lord stood on a high platform and spoke.
The time for awakening had arrived.
Happy New Month y'all, tell me if you like the new power system I gave to Daniel and you could gift me a power stone due to the new month.
