The drive to the new house was silent with Santa Claus pondering over his new found feelings for Amanda and Amanda reminiscing on his sweet gesture with the carnivorous plant and also how he had tucked the rose in her hair and called her beautiful. He was new to their world and has been trying to adjust to it as fast as possible but sometimes the clumsiness showed through and that was what she absolutely adored about him.

He was hers to coach and train and she knew how delightful it was going to be introducing him to the things of the human world that were strange to him.

Aaron had insisted on driving them to the new house, according to him he wanted to be the first to welcome them into the house but she knew better, he was still searching for ways to extract Santa Claus' blood and so far they had been extremely careful but this morning when the carnivore had bit into Santa's hand, he had eyed the blood already coating the cloth with some wistful look.
