Jinsang again didn't understood her behaviour he thought that she would have been really sick. Jinsang then went out of the Shen family house and then went back to his villa. It was still afternoon and Jinsang had nothing to do he started comprehending and by his luck he reached the second layer of the second element. He was now able to use water attacks and also was able to heal his wounds. The water element was able to heal but this power only was limited to the person who mastered the water element but Jinsang got it easily. Jinsang didn't realize but night occurred while he was training. He ate his dinner and then went back to his room to sleep. The next morning was an important day as today Jinsang had to meet all the big shots of the zhanghong city. Jinsang went to the mayor's home and there mayor was also present. The mayor upon seeing him was shocked as Jinsang was able to reach master level mage this young and mayor who was a middle master level mage took at least 10 years. Now the mayor was also curious about him. The old man came and took Jinsang to the room where all the big shots were sitting . The old man went into the room and said that

The old man then said that

All the people became amazed some of them became submissive but others thought of the old man's warning as a joke and said that

"If he is so much powerful then I invite him for a challenge of he is able to defeat me then we all will be submissive towards him" .

Jinsang agreed and then the person rushed towards Jinsang to attack. Jinsang took his punch in his one hand and throws the person into the wall the person coughs up blood and then kneels to Jinsang and admits defeat. Jinsang then stomps his foot and then releases his aura and then says that

"Is there anyone else who wishes to fight with me? "

All the big shots in the room become afraid of Jinsang after feeling his deadly aura and kneel to him even the mayor flinched and shivers after feeling Jinsang's aura the mayor understands then that Jinsang's capabilities are far above the reach of an ordinary person and that Jinsang will surely make his name known to the world. After seeing all of them submit Jinsang retracts his aura and then says them all to sit. They all sit and then Jinsang asks them that

"Now you all tell me one by one your names and your territories".

All of them tell their information one by one and after hearing all their information Jinsang says to them that

" you may keep control of your territories but I will be the boss of all your territories and in return I will protect your territories from the enemies and danger of if you all agree then sign on this contract. JInsang takes out a contract from his pocket and puts it on the table. All the people came one by one and signed the contract. Now Jinsang was the boss of all the Zhanghong city and his second step was also completed now the third step was to make sure everyone knows that who is the most powerful person. He said to all the people that

"All of you should come the day after tomorrow and show me all the territories and make me familiar with them" .

All the people bowed and said okay. Jinsang then went out of the mayor's mansion and as he was getting out he met Jessica, she asked from him the reason for coming today and he replied that

"I came today to take control over the whole territories of zhanghong city and now I am the boss of this city".

Jessica took his words as joke and then went in her house she saw that all of the big shots were sitting as an apocalypse has passed over them Jessica asked from her father about what happened and he said that

" From today onwards Jinsang is the boss of this city you can say him as the young master of zhanghong city. "

Jessica who just heard this news was not able to believe that some one as young as Jinsang was able to become a boss of the whole zhanghong city.
