"Come on, you dogs!" roared one grizzled mercenary, his voice battle-hardened and dripping with contempt. "This freak's just peddling parlor tricks! Tear him apart!"
Despite their bravado, the giant's sheer size and raw power made it a formidable adversary. Its massive fists slammed into the ground, sending tremors that knocked the mercenaries off balance, their boots scrabbling for purchase on the trembling earth.
But the mercenaries were no easy prey. As climbers who had ascended to the 15th floor of the Tower, each was a seasoned warrior leveled beyond 50. Though unable to topple the towering giant, they held their ground, their battle experience honed to a razor's edge.
