With Gonto's death Youlius also realised that he was actually trapped inside a barrier and this barrier was strong enough that someone who was at the same level as him was unable to break this. He did have a lot of confidence in himself but he still understood that he was in a very tricky situation.
Not only that but after his taunts, this chick fighting him suddenly started to hit very hard. Her already impressive speed had increased by a notch and her attacks were now deadlier and without any mercy. Obviously he liked this situation but he truly was having a good time.
But still Youlius had no wish to fall in a battle. He was not the type of muscle headed man who was searching for a way to die in the battlefield. He was still young and wanted to enjoy more fights in the future. The only reason he always wanted to have a fight to the death was because that was the only way to make someone to go all out.
