Advice and plans

As I walked up a path through the forest, I noticed a medium sized wooden house on top of a hill.  "Welcome to my home! My name  is Sky, Sky Dreamer. Please go through the house to the backyard. I will bring some water."

"Ok" I said. Going through the house it was just a hall going straight to the other side of the house. On both sides of the hall were sliding doors to the rest of the house. Strange was what I thought.

As I went through the door to the backyard there was a round table. It could fit four to six people and had two chairs. All of which were again made of wood. 

As I sat down Sky came through the door and handed me water. "Thank you." 

"So Alex. Mind if I ask why you were roaming around for?"

"Just figuring out how to get on my feet and find answers."

 " I am not sure if I can provide you the answers you're looking for but I can give you advice."

"No you can't but I'll take the advice." ( If he knew me he would have recognized me.)

"Whatever ever you do. Hopefully it's logical and not stupid. Let your heart lead and the rest will follow." 

Those words moved me."Thank you for the advice." A small smile sprouted on my face. 

" It looks like you know what to do, Well then if you need anything else come pay a visit it gets pretty lonely here."

"Will do. Next time we'll have to chat longer than this." I said with a smile. He returned the smile and saw me off.

[Author's note: I'm going to take two weeks (if done sooner I'll make the chapter longer, or just release more chapters) figure out the next steps for the mc ( some potential action being my first action chapter.) This time is also going to go towards another book I'll work on 'My Chaotic life'. Once done it'll go back to one or two updates a week, My Chaotic life will also update once a week or whenever I feel inspired. (The new book is more comedy centered with puns, random facts, and little to no plot.) Thanks for reading!]
