Stefan
Judging by Sara's expression, I think she didn't agree with what I told her.
I don't understand. Sara has insisted on bringing Kara to live with us because she thinks it's best for her. But she looked at me with a disgusted expression when I gave her the news.
I sensed that we were heading for a fight. We got along well until it came to Kara. Almost always, when Kara became the topic of conversation, Sara and I ended up arguing, and one of us would go to bed angry. I thought she would understand. Apparently, not.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" I wanted to know.
Sara adjusted her hair, searching for the right words to respond. It took her a couple of seconds before speaking.
"I just don't understand, Stefan," she said simply.
I was confused by her response.
"What don't you understand, Sara? Do you think I'm making a mistake?"
