CHAPTER 24

　　Stefan

　　Sara and I returned to our home soon.

　　I noticed she was happy to see me, but I knew she was still upset because I went to Seattle to see Kara. However, Sara was acting calm and loving toward me.

　　During dinner, I felt concerned because Sara was quiet. She barely touched her food from my plate, and it saddened her expression.

　　"You should eat well, Sara. The doctor said you need to nourish yourself. Eat," I kindly ordered.

　　She didn't even look at me.

　　"I don't have an appetite today, Stefan," she pushed her plate away and leaned back in her chair.

　　I sighed.

　　"What's wrong, Sara? You looked fine when we got home. And now I see you're sad again. I don't understand. What happened?"

　　"What's happening is that I know you'll have to leave the city soon, Stefan. Again. And I don't like it."
