　　My mother called me on the phone, but I didn't answer.

　　She insisted on calling me several times, but I ignored all her calls.

　　Sara looked at me during dinner with a displeased expression.

　　"You should answer, Stefan. If your mom is calling you, it must be for a reason. Maybe something happened to Derek. Don't ignore her. They might think I'm not letting you answer your calls, and they'll call me crazy again. I don't want your parents to think badly of me, Stefan," she pleaded.

　　"You relax. It's not about you, Sara. It's because they're upset about what happened today with Derek, and they want to convince me to take Kara to see him. But I won't. I'm not interested. It's a decision made," I replied.
