Ash POV

Tomorrow is my birthday. A month just passed by quickly and I am already done with exams. Tomorrow is the last day of December means 31st December my birthday. I am so happy.

Tomorrow I am going to be a legal adult. l am so happy. l already got the results from the colleges I applied to. I already passed the exams and qualifications for college. l am going to join the Edward Medical and research University, Australia (imaginary name). l am going to leave the USA forever in three days.

No bad memories and people from here. l already got the scholarship. So no problem with college fees and I can use my inheritance from my parents for some other things.

I used my own money for tickets. I am so happy and everything but I still can't stop feeling unease in my heart I just hope I am overthinking. Well, let's just focus on the good news right now.

Tomorrow is the ball for everyone to find their mate which happens every three months. Every person who just turned 18 and is already 18 but doesn't have a mate is the one who attends this ball.

There is a higher chance to find a mate. Since different pack members join this ball. It takes place on a large ground surrounded by a garden of beautiful flowers.

Well, I also going to join the ball as I am turning 18. Well, let's not think about tomorrow and sleep in today. I woke up and did my morning routine and went to my graduation ceremony.

Well, I forgot to mention it's today. yeah, it's pretty hectic today. I got 1st position in the exam, congratulations, and a degree from the principal.

After the Graduation ceremony, I went to the cafe I already quit my job but today I am here to celebrate my birthday with my friends at a cafe.

They made me a four-flavored cake and a sweet little party with music dance and chit-chat. They give me pretty cute gifts to me The twins gave me a gucci sweater and Emily gave me a pretty cute lion pendant as a gift which was very sweet of them. I bought them dinner after our small party. After that, I went to my home.

I was already a bit late to the ball. I need to be there by 8 but it was already 8:30. I got ready as fast as I could for the ball. I wore the black suit with a white shirt and a black rose pattern on the left side of the jacket with small pearls for the flower embroidery. It is a beautiful suit paired with white a bit of black sneakers. It's overall looking good.

l went to the banquet and it's already started as expected. I smelled a strong wine smell it was very sweet. It's my mate's scent. l tried not to react and follow the smell. Since I saw Alpha looking at me. l just hope he is not my mate.

Dylan's POV

Hi, I am Dylan Smith Alpha of Red moon pack also no 1 alpha in the whole USA and made it the strongest in the USA. I am already 25 but I don't have any mates. Me and my wolf both want a strong female to be our mate.

Even if it's male we don't mind but he needs to be strong. Since we don't like a weak individual as our mate. We will reject him if he is not strong.

Today is a common ball in the pack to find the mates for everyone e. Usually, I don't attend it but I don't know why today my instinct is telling me to to to to to to there. It was already 7:30 so I got ready for it.

I wore my dark blue suit having a black collar a white shirt and a cool brooch on it. I paired it with black shoes. I went to the ball and joined everybody with my beta he is 22 and also mateless like me. His name is Morgan George. One of the strongest warriors in the pack.

I hope to find my mate there. I joined everybody at the ball. everybody is talking and my younger brother Tony Smith already found his mate.

It's a beautiful girl from other another pack. I looked around and had a drink but I suddenly got a scent of Sandalwood with the mix of strong wine from a beautiful-looking boy. Well, he is just too beautiful to have this strong scent on him.
