Chapter 59: Back to Game

I am extremely sorry for the previous chapters as I know that, they were pretty boring if I say the truth.

Then you'll ask me, why did I write then?

I wrote them because my background in Eren may have some impact on future events.

As always, I am not sure as I also don't know what I will write.

So, I apologize for the chapters I made.

When I started writing about Eren's family background, I thought I could only write 2-3 chapters but it ended up long and an extra character came. Yeah, it was Alexandria.

I never thought I would make such a twist, but it ended up.

So, enough of my ramblings, back to the story…

The present…

Kyle has stopped narrating the incident that happened thousands of years ago. It was the incident that Greylash's family was hiding.

Kyle then turned his attention toward Eren to see his reaction. Kuromi also did the same. They both looked at Eren curiously.

Eren didn't know these two people were staring at him. He was in his world thinking of the information he got.

He was trying to find out if he heard about anything like this when he was a God. 

As per the timeline Kyle said, this must have happened when he was still alive in his past life. So, he was trying to find any clue of who this noble was as Kyle didn't mention his family or name of him.

Even after thinking for some time, he couldn't find anything. He decided he will leave the matter.

Eren sensed that Kyle and his mom were staring at him. He changed his behavior to one, whose brain has been overloaded and went on to bed saying that he will be playing 'The Game' to cool down and not to be disturbed.

Kuromi agreed as she thought that Eren needed not to think about this much.

In Eren's room…

Eren took his VR glasses and poured some mana to turn it on.

As usual, his consciousness slipped away to the game world.

In the game world…..

Eren appeared in the room that he chose as a spawn spot.

He then opened his system to see if his friends were online or not. He found that all of his friends were online. So, he sent a message saying that they will clear a dungeon named [The Ceruvian Crypt]. 

After sending the message, Eren lay on the bed waiting for his friends to come.

The same day when Eren went to Greylash's family…

In the mainland of Ancients…

The city on the mainland was famous for the sword that was always there.

Every year, many strong warriors would try to wield it but it would never budge from the rock where it was placed.

Even the strongest Ancients came to wield it but were unsuccessful. So, every year, there was a festival to see if anyone could do the impossible.

But, this day something unexpected happened.

The sword has gone missing.

Yes. The [Sword of Eternal Death, Maya] which was wielded by Fate Controller had vanished. This situation caused an uproar in the Ancient land.

Everyone tried to find it but was unsuccessful. Even the Ancients used their powers to detect its energy but failed miserably.

The sword has vanished into thin air!!!
