Gengetsu who has PTSD

~In the nightmare~ "YOU'LL NEVER DEFEAT ME!" Akame roared and swung her sword and all their weapons were forced out of their hands or directly shattered. Her muscles visibly pulsed becoming a bit bigger and her strength and speed became so great the Mist Shinobi couldn't see her when she struck they were sent flying their bodies were broken just from the force of the swing of her sword.

'Akame Uchiha... She constantly haunts my dreams... She was like a force of nature... An unstoppable force that can't be stopped no matter what you do... When we cornered her she was like a berserk Tiger... NO! Her raging strike was worse than that of a swipe of an angry tiger!' Gengetsu Hozuki puts his hand on his face in despair just remembering that day.

"I keep waking up after I remember when she said we will never defeat her... Her eyes... The look in her eyes... I will never forget it... It's as if she was looking at insects... Ready to be conquered..." Of course, her innate demonic nature wanted to conquer the land of water and bathe it in blood until the ocean turned red needless to say that cornering a demon is a terrible decision.

Getgetsu looks at the Kasa with the Mizukage symbol on it and sneers... 'That Kasa is nothing but a mockery to me!' Gengetsu gets up and dresses.

The current Mizukage Gengetsu is suffering from PTSD from seeing the horror that Akame wrought upon them all... He felt true despair when they thought she was cornered... Her strength was just so unnatural to the eyes of Gengetsu and the other Shinobi who chased after her.

Gengetsu does his job as Mizukage and does all the paperwork and the dreadful meeting is going to happen in a few moments all of the Clan heads take a seat as they arrive.

"... let us get this meeting over with... So... What do you all want to do? I sincerely hope it's nothing stupid like going to a war... The state of Kirigakure and half of the land of water are in dire straights due to Akame's Jutsu she calls Death Storm... We are still rebuilding... Not to mention that nearly half of our Shinobi are dead without intact bodies and some of them were directly turned into ash from lightning just like the late Mizukage..." Gengetsu sighs.

"You sound like a scared child Gengetsu..." The Kaguya clan patriarch sneers.

"You are correct... I am afraid... I'm not afraid of war... But 'I' am afraid of one particular Shinobi who destroyed half of the land of water and cut our war power in half with a single jutsu..." Gengetsu holds his head with his hands with a face full of exhaustion mixed with fear.

The Kaguya Patriarch grimaces since he too saw Akame with his own eyes and it was only thanks to his Clan Kekkei Genkai that he survived that Death Storm... He may be a battle maniac but he knows not to mess with someone like that... He can see Akame was just in a league of her own and no matter how hard he tries he will not be able to beat her. He's not stupid... He knows when he should run away. Most of the Kaguya Clan members didn't share his concerns though and wanted to fight this Akame they have heard so much about.

If the higher-ups in this meeting room knew that Akame at that time was only a Low-Kage they would call BULLSHIT! But the truth is often hard to believe. At that time she used a Jutsu that borders on the level of a Super-Kage. Now that Akame is 15 and at the High-Kage level and almost a Super-Kage she could just Spam Death Storm like she was rapidly pressing the 'enter' key on a keyboard.

"You weren't there... If you saw what she did to Genji you wouldn't want to start joining the war now... She granted a miracle to him... it allowed him to regenerate from anything... She tied him to a pole... All she said was to count backward from one thousand out loud in increments of seven... Then she started to cut off his fingers and toes... Over and over again... So many fingers and toes... There were hundreds by the time she started her next form of torture... She said that she can create the most venomous of animals with her Dark release and created a centipede and let it crawl around inside his ear... Genji laughed and begged for death...

The next thing she cooked up was to tell him to choose to save one person over another... Normally this wouldn't be much of a problem for people like us... But she asked him to choose between his loving mother and loving father and he couldn't so they both died under her sword... Then she went back to cutting off his fingers and toes over and over with the same accurse counting back from one thousand in increments of seven... at the end of it, all Genji was broken...

White hair white skin gray eyes... And not a single word came out of Genji... I put him out of his misery as no one should live with that kind of experience... I cut off Genji's head personally... I granted him a merciful death..." Gengetsu shakily breathes out after telling them what had transpired. Akame learned this method of torture from one of her favorite manga/anime... If Gengetsu knew she learned this from a form of entertainment he would use a water gunshot and kill himself.

Gengetsu looks up and sees the horrified looks of all the higher-ups in the village... Each Clan head had horrified gazes while shivering since what Gengetsu told them sounded like something out of a horror story of the worse kind.

At the time Akame couldn't turn people into demons but granting someone the ability to regenerate limbs was well within her ability at that time. This horrifying method of torture was left unsaid in her report after returning to Konoha. Only Gengetsu the last survivor of those who chased after Akame knows what happened And he has been having recurring nightmares of his encounter with Akame...

strangely enough, it wasn't her method of torture that made him have PTSD but the words she said when she sent a shockwave of raw Chakra at them with her sword that broke their weapons and bodies... The Pure Raw Chakra was so strong that it turned almost everyone into blood paste... Only three people were spared that fate due to their Clan techniques... Gengetsu and Naomi were forced to watch as Genji was tortured in such a manner...
