"We have to leave in fifteen minutes, I didn't expect you to be late," Jotou poked her head in and held the doorframe with both hands on either side.
"Sorry housecat, sometimes it just takes a little more time," Hotaru kept her sights in the mirror as she raised the eyeliner.
Her ankle-high leather boots of maroon thumped against the wood as she walked in wearing a dull orange skirt that went past the knees and was kept away, aided by an unseen petticoat underneath.
